Mitasu MJ-212 TBN 11.2 pamalit sa SDO?

Also, anyone could confirm the TBN of Revx All Terrain. I've read somewhere its down to 10.4 from 16?

I believe Top1 SDO is semi-syn like delo 400 which is around PhP300 half the price of mitasu 100% synthetic, like the price of royal purple.
Tempted to buy mitasu because of "made in japan" tag. Almost same price you posted, but I saw that mitasu inside clark in oriental.

Yes its Fully Synth, i was just comparing the TBN and its similar to SDO. Was not actually keen on blends since my application could both use full or semi synth. SemiSynth counterpart of SDO is Mitasu MJ-231 and it got an outstanding 14.0 TBN.

One russian forumer at BITOG quoted..

Some time ago (about 2-3 years or so), businessmen from the Russian Far East created new "Japanese-like" motor oil brands for the Russain market: Mitasu, Takumi, Totachi, Yokki. The oils are blended in Singapore, the trademarks were registered in Japan, have japanese-like names and marketed as "True Japanese product"

Im not sure how accurate the info but it make sense if the market was once overwhelmed by these Jap oils.

Just fyi guys. I worked for a japanese manufacturingncompany in Laguna for 2 years and our products were stamped "Made in Japan." So dont believe everything you see.

If you want higher TBN check seaoil deomax rated 13+, pero ok na ako sa delo 400 TBN 12, baka sa internet lang mataas yung TBN ng seaoil.
Nung makita ko kasi mitasu wala akong alam sa mitasu at di ko man lang nababasa sa mga forums/reviews, kaya di ko kinuha, research muna medyo mahal eh. Yung pang gas engine nila 1k per 1L presyo wow.

siguro yung rp more on performance than protection, tapos yung delo is semi-syn designed para sa fleet at extended oci.

Safe kaya sa 10K oci ang delo 400 using bd28 kc semi synthetic lang ito?
Presently im using rp with bd28 oci ko is 10K malakas loob ko kc fully synthetic oil

no experience with rp and neither an expert, depende siguro sa history ng pms at kung kelan ka nag shift to rp.
actually my nag-post na yata dito na yung delo 400 sa L300 fb? nila 7.5k pa lang iba na yung oil.
pag galing siguro. sa low to high detergents oil mas mabilis siguro umitim oil.

Ano sasakyan mo, if bago naman tingin ko kayang-kaya na. Tsaka may napost na dito na mga gumagawa nang used oil analysis. Kung sa MM ka, bakit hindi mo i-try sa 7.5K kms muna tapos pa-UOA mo para sure ka kung kaya pa ma-extend.

Seach mo lang dito yung mga companies na gumagawa nang UOA>

yung sakin e nasa 7k kms na using fleetguard 3564 (equiv ng bd28). i'm using "royal rumble" oil. pinaghalong delo, petron, mobil at shell na monogrades (sae 40). wala e, kung ano available na mura na mineral e yun na kinakarga ko. dami rin tagas engine kaya naka 4 top up nako. tsaka nagcoconsume na din ng oil yung engine.
