There werent any oil filter elements available for the new Altis locally so i ended up ordering from abroad.

nagamit mo na pala sya idol? how did it stack up versus the OEM?

Sir if you can stick to your warranty and follow the required pms. Di lang naman po engine ang pwedeng masira na covered ng warranty.

We have a pick up before pinalitan ng driveshaft. Yung isang auto naman shocks and engine mounts.

Hi guys. I got the new Accent 1.6 crdi hb. Im not planning to maintain this at casa. Any idea on what baldwin filter to use? Thanks. I have been back reading upto page 170+. I'm now a believer for this filter.

According to Baldwins site, the 2013 accent uses the M20X1.5 thread. Same as Honda, Kia, and select Mitusbishi.
You can use the following: B7243, B1400, B1402, B1431, B199 (if length permits) Valvoline VO-106, there are more but there are the ones that i can remember.

I'd get a cav filter instead.

Depends on what you are putting it on and if it fits. And what filters they are using, there a difference between a remote filter relocation set up and remote bypass set up.

CAV is for fuel not oil. But if you want a Cav conversion Berrima diesel sells a spin on set up for that.

Because there's no available baldwin filter for my starex na 98 model. Whats the better alternative of oil filter available? Fleetguard is out of my choices.

Btw, may i know whats the best fuel filter for it? As well as its part number?

K&N Performance Gold Series (HP)
100% at 40 microns
100% at 35 microns
100% at 30 microns
99.4% at 25 microns
98.9% at 20 microns
97.1% at 15 microns
92.3% at 10 microns
82.5% at 5 microns

I wonder if the the K&N Pro Series (PS) are having the same efficiency rates. Externally, I see the K&N Performance Gold Series (HP)series having a hex head bolt... but the Performance Gold Series (HP) seems to have more than 2x the price compared to the Pro Series (PS) of the same size...
