chiks, for Honda, ang alam ko B1402 dapat. thats longer than stock na yata.
as for the Yota, stick if BT223 na. perfect size na siya e. and marami naman yang stock

I think B166 will fit the civic. Will wait kay doc and bayen anong pwede for civic na mas malaking filter.
Ayun perfect may picture.
Given than filter positioning, you can use any m20X1.5 thread oil filter as long as the outer diameter does not exceed 3.05 inches.
sa length, looking at the picture, you can easily fit a 4 to 5 inches filter here.
Given that here are your choices:
B227
LF3691
LF3624
LF3960
LF3649
LF716
B199
B179
PH2808 - luberfiner
PH2903 - luberfiner
LF3403
B161-S - GUSTO ko neto hirap maghanap. hehehe perfect max size to for my GE.
B1402
B1431
B1400
madami pang ibang pwede pero as of now those are the ones on top of my head. B179 lang meron ako now. the rest of the ones listed above i'll have them soon...
Re: PSID, usually for after market filters mas mataas yung PSID setting nya over stock ones. eto lang yung setting na the filter will go on bypass once barado na sya. its very unlikely though na mababara mo yung baldwin or fleetguard or any fleet service filter as it has 4 times dirt holding capacity than oem but if you do, then at certain PSID depende dun sa setting nung nabili mo it will go on bypass... to prevent the engine from oil starvation.
1 a 14, 20 or even 30 PSID setting is not so uncommon and perfectly safe to use with our engines.
For the VIOS idol pwede ka mag B178. see picture below:
Malayo pa yung filter na yan to the ground so kahit lowered ka pa hindi sasayad yung filter sa ground.
other pictures of filter mountings on different rides are posted here:

browse na lang kayo mga kapatid. kung may gusto kayo add, go lang. am documenting pictures of filter mounting for easier reference kapag may mga nagtatanong

Doc what do you think of this?
37Degree Filters - 37Degree Filters
Is it worth the money?
Totally not worth it, You could do a 5 micron bypass set up for way less than that price. It's only a 24 micron filter. Who wants to wash out a re-usable filter? With a recommended oil change interval of 3000 miles. Pure crap.
Doc do you recommend buying oil lubricants from Petron? Their fully synthetic Rev-x All terrain is less than 400 pesos per liter with the following specs
REV-X ALL-TERRAIN 5w-40
REV-X ALL-TERRAIN is a synthetic, ultra-high, multi-grade, heavy-duty engine oil meeting the highest level of American and European heavy-duty diesel specification.
PROPERTIES
Meets demanding needs of modern day low emission engines Has superior soot control that reduces ring and liner wear and provides veering corrosion protection Has high resistance to oil thickening and gum formation Has exceptional anti-oxidant performance that reduces oil degradation Has outstanding piston cleanliness Allows for extended oil drain interval due to enhanced dispersancy Reduces oil consumption that leads to less top-ups Improves engine startability and idling characteristics
APPLICATION: Turbocharged or supercharged high performance diesel engines operating under both low speed-high load and high speed-high loads condition

Dang that's good oil Viscosity index of 159 and TBN of 16, That bad boy has plenty of ZDDP in it. Price wise ahhhhhh kinda pricey but not to bad. But you will get extended oil change intervals out of it. Easily a 8000kl interval with a good filter.
