That is the correct oil filter for the 4jA1 engine. You can also use a Fleetguard LF3528 or Baldwin B1446.

And it's the correct fuel filter but you can use a few different ones on that engine but the Baldwin version of the one your looking at is BF954 or Fleetguard FF5114 which I have posted on this thread somewhere.
