Has anyone tried Mitasu? Price level is about the same as Top1.

One guy used it and his comment was that fc went up. He probably used a higher hths (mitasu)oil compared to this previous oil. Or a slightly thicker viscosity.

I would choose mitasu over top1 anyday. Top1 is a small player compared to mitasu.

Thanks Stock. It's priced very competitively at True Value. I already use their coolant but Vietnam made Motul is so cheap right now I don't feel the need to switch for engine oil. I wonder how Mobil 1 is supposed to sell at 800+/L when there are so many good cheaper alternatives.

in other countries, ang mura lang ng group4/5 oils. super mahal lang dito sa atin. everyone's jacking up prices.

Marami padin siguro bumibilu last i check the date of manufacture was 2015 so naubos mga old stock ng ace hardware lol. Overpriced ang mobil1 sa ace.

If these are the grp4 variants, its the cheapest in the country.

Motul grp5s and luiquimoly grp4s are double the cost.

There are different varieties of x7

X7 for gas and diesel.
X7 acea a3/b4 5w30 and 5w40 - for european spec or extra extended drain intervals
X7 api-sn 5w30 rc - this would be good for your fd with matching improved fc.





Not sure which ones are not available locally.

Yes, confirmed na repacked Mobil ang Toyota oils. Yan ginagamit mismo sa planta nila sa yokohama afaik. So most probably yan din sa ibang plants nila.

Oil is made by snloc, this is a dubai/uae company. I dont think it meet other specs only Api-sm = mid tbn

If the price is right then go for it.

Also if youre going to use this on a mivec mirage, better to use xw30 or xw20.
