5 yrs. na po kasing ganun yun sa matagal ko nang hinihintay bumigay para isang gawaan nalang....

Dieseldud, question regarding euro4 diesel.
I've read somewhere before that using this diesel will shrink the seals of the injection pump of the older vehicles. This will obviously need repairing. But after repairing, will the new seals be able to handle ULSD already?

sir.. ask ko lang meron kasi akong montero sport 2005 model 4m40 engine, isang araw papunta akong angeles then suddenly nanginig bigla yung body ng montero then parang humina hatak... after few meter totaly nawalan na ng hatak then namatay na engine.. naghanap ako ng mekaniko then sabi injection pump ang problem binaklas injection pump and sabi may kailangan na daw palitan na 4 pcs delivery valve 850 pesos.. then pinapalitan ko.. after ma calibrate... gumanda takbo ng montero ko and after few days, kanina napansin ko from stop then apak sa gas napapansin ko humihinto sa 1.7k rpm then bigla arangkada bigla din taas rpm.. ano po kaya problem ng injection pump? nagpalit din pala ako ng fuel filter... dati ndi ko napapansin yung biglang arangkada/biglang taas rpm kasi pag na achieve ko na gusto kong speed release na ko agad sa gas ngayon need ko pang makitang umarangkada ng "bigla" bago ko i release yung gas.. parang abnormal mo yun dba...
pag trapik stop and go.. pag go ko ang hina ng hatak humihinto sa 1.6k-1.7k rpm then after few secs biglang taas rpm, biglang arangkada din... ano po kaya problem ng sasakyan ko?

Is it possible to repair the TPS (throttle position sensor) of the injection pump of my kia carnival? Casa people says that the the the TPS of my IP is already malfunctioning and needs replacement. However, they do not already have that part on their inventory and advised us to look for that in the surplus shops or replace the whole IP assembly altogether.
BTW, symptoms manifested are: difficulty in acceleration as if the the AT is stuck at 2nd gear and high RPM with low speed. If ever, could you repair the TPS in my IP and how much? BTW, it is a KIA Carnival 2001 model, TY in advance...

Was able to buy a surplus TPS in Banawe and had it installed at casa, car is now running fine. Casa people erased the DTC pertaining to the malfunctioning TPS. Indeed, the TPS was already at fault, the neck of the vane/propeller like thing inside the TPS was already broken in two. I was not able to get the parts number of the IP, but noted that it was from Bosch. TY for your help anyway and more power to you.....
