180k kms is quite high....definitely, some wear on the engine and fuel system. "Just cleaning" is a misconception. When you bring your pump/injectors to a reputable shop, injectors are cleaned, tested for spray pattern, opening pressure, and backleakage. If failed, parts need to be replaced and calibrated to specs. etc...Pumps, cleaned, disassembled, parts inspected, replaced as needed, then mounted on test bench for calibration (bringing it back to original OE/like new condition)
Regarding smoke: White smoke would indicate a possible engine problem. Black smoke will most likely be related to your fuel systems (pump and Injectors), or air starvation.
Bear in mind that your vehicle has accumulated a lot of mileage.
