problem starting after turning off

Ano po kayo problema? Pag po ginamit ung sasakyan tpos pag off po after ilan minutes try mo magstart ayaw magredondo ng starter click lang po ang naririnig ko galing po un sa relay hindi po sa starter. Napalinis ko na po starter at ilan days lang bumalik nanaman problema.

Malakas sa kain ng current ang starter. Kaya kapag may loose connection ay hirap umandar uli. Check mo body ground connection ng starter. Yun malaking wire. Saka yun malaking wire nakakabit sa mga Battery Terminals na para din sa Starter. Try mo higpitan uli. Minsan lumuluwag iyan kahit di mo ginalaw.

baka mahina na ang battery Sir, check mo na rin yong ignition wirings, maganda pa alisin mo yung positive kung hindi mo gagamitin yong sasakyan, ganyan ang ginagawa ko tumatagal pa ang battery ko.

Assuming malakas pa battery mo ay posible hindi maganda pagkalinis ng Starter mo. Dapat nililiha yun Commutator at palit Carbon Brush kung pudpod na ito.

you may try to check the relay also, pwede kasing ubos na contact point sa loob nito kaya puro click na lang nadidinig mo at wala ng current na tumatakbo papunta sa starter. kung kaya mo irekta yung (+) wire ng starter sa battery matest mo ito kung saan and problema

Ganyan din problem nung dati ko na kotse. Better check on the OEM body grounds baka yun ang culprit. Napansin ko din dati mainit yung negative cable ng battery.

Im having same problem too. Even with a new installed battery, minsan click lang madinig. Pero after ilan several attempts to start, mag-redondo naman to start. Palitin na po ba ang starter?

Better have it checked where you bought the battery, just to be sure. Ano ride po boss? i also had the same problem but after checking the battery, lakas ng re-dondo, i found out the fuel pump's socket was loose & no gas was pumping... hehe...

Honda City 1st Gen ride ko po. Same issue with the old battery. Nai-start naman po. Ang concern ko lang, may pagkakataon minsan na ayaw magredondo at click lang marinig sa pagpihit ng susi sa start. Kaya minsan sa pagpihit ng susi sa start, kapag hindi umandar sa 1st try, makaka-ilan attempt pa ako sa pag-start minsan. Palitin na po kaya ang stater?

Check your battery terminals. Ive experienced that before. Yours might need to be replace already due to corrosion

If you can do it, bago mo icondemn yung starter, make sure na nakakarating yung 12V sa starter solenoid/relay para paikutin yung starter. Or else any competent electrician will be able to tell you the problem

starters are very robust components. they can outlast the engine.
as the others have pointed out, maybe your problem is just the starter solenoid. or the ignition key contacts.
a good auto electrician can find out.

Thanks for your feedback guys. To Flipo, mrjeff and dr._d. I will try your suggestions. And other members had posted as well.

Today, after a day of drive. What i notice is everytime i hold the key a little longer in start position, about a 1 or 2 seconds it will crank and run the starter motor. Anyone know where a competent shop or auto electrician can recommend here in Valenzuela area.
