i was able to determine na diode was the one that caused the parasitic drain( drained battery in just 2 hours), kasi i removed the BTN fuse sa fusebox. ayun nawala voltage drop, so inisa-isa ko lahat fuse sa kick panel, lahat wala consume ng wattage except one, yung sa ignition line, eh naka off naman engine, so silip ko sa ilalim nakita ko yung kinabit before na diode, sobrang init at halos di mahawakan at mapapaso ka, kaya sure na ako na yun sira, to confirm this, tinangal ko yung diode, let the car sit for 4 hours uli then started it.. walang drain na nangyari, eh diode lang tinangal ko from the previous set-up, kaya siya na for sure culprit.
para hindi bumukas door lock kahit naubos na countdown sa timer, there will be two approach...
1. put a diode sa ignition sense wire ng alarm
2. put two relays in tandem in order to basically cut the supply of the ignition sense wire of the alarm once turbo timer cuts supply of 12volts to the ignition line.
ang ginamit ng electrician before was the diode method.
pag meh diode it will only allow current to go/flow in just one side or one direction.parang check valve. para kahit mamatay ang ignition after countdown hindi ito ma-sense ni alarm.
ang problem diodes tend to die randomly without warning, pag nasira si diode chances are mag consume ng power kahit hindi dapat, kasi naka tap sa ignition line.
what i did was do the second option above ako na mismo ang gumawa ng wiring set-up. magulo mag wiring mga taga banawe eh. placed two relays in tandem to de-couple the supply of the ignition line where the alarm senses whether ignition is off or once the turbo timer starts its countdown...
lines tapped from OEm harness
12v constant supply
white thick wire ( ignition wire before the key switch)
ignition sense wire after key switch ( black with red stripe)
pag ganito no need ng diode, at hindi mag open ang door lock kahit matapos ang countdown at mag off ang engine.
kaya walang pwede masira ng mag drain ng power. ayoko na kasi maulit na ma-drain battery dahil sa sirang diode.
