Then I throw back the question to you. Why do people don't like Chevy in general? Ano naman sagot mo?

Are you sure people don't like Chevy in general? how come? is it because onti lang chevy cars na nakikita mo? remember chevy is GM. ang daming GM cars sa mundo. if sa Philippines lang try to go to other cities and see for yourself kung gano kadami chevy owners. i know GM made use of the US bailout money but they were able to successfully turn things around. Partly, salamat sa Cruze!

how would you feel if we, Chevy owners, do the same to ford? i've had bad experience with ford service kahit na bibili pa lang ako. like i said sa other thread - i would have been a ford car owner if ford service was good. but i kept quiet - i never really annoucned to the other people to stay away from ford coz hindi ako yung tipong naninira. i wont get anything out of it. 1st hand experience pa yun. i wouldn't care so much if experience ng ibang tao yun. if it was a friend or relative then i'll let him do the complaining here.. i chose to buy a much more expensive car than getting the fiesta. and so far Chevy service has been great. No complaints, yet.

also how would you feel if i'll say ford has flaws too, like comments from Thai fiesta owners? i read few comments that fiesta has a lot of cheap plastics inside? madaling masira?[few pa lang coz i never visited the thai fiesta page to dig more sh!t] also if you go to fordclub - one can read numerous complaints of other Ford owners.

dude, there's even a rumored ferrari dun which can be seen (kahit glimpse lang) lalo na sa accident ni bumble bee during the taping. who said / who told you it was pure chev / gm cars? in fact, if you watched the whole series for yourself, there's even an R8, a murano, an altis and even a mazda3 to name a few. basing on your post, hmm... just don't hate others if you feel they hate chevy

low resale value... bad service... mahal or tagal dumating ng parts... lakas sa gas... i tell you ganyan talaga maririnig mo sa mga non-chevy owners... may mapag balingan lang ba or masabi lang may alam... im not referring to anyone ah... haha! pero ako, a chevy cruze owner so far di naman nakaranas ng ganyan... test drive muna pareho bago mag decide...

Naman, ako pa ngayon ang may 'hate' sa ibang brands? paano naman nangyari yon? as a matter of fact, we even posted the news about recall of jazz and city by honda and alerted our friends about this para naman aware sila. In this case, wala kang mababasa na sinisiraan namin ang Honda - tinutulungan pa namin sila to relay the message to their costumers.

You know, how can someone say he/she is fair in giving his/her comments when in fact it is so obvious na paninira ang dating ng mga sinusulat niya dito?

Kahit sa korte hindi papasa ang arguments niya, bakit kamo?

1. he doesn't even own a single chevy car ---- puro sumbong lang sa kanya... sa korte hindi pwede ang 2nd hand info - dapat 1st hand information and backed-up with facts/documents.

2. having 'hearsay' as facts for this argument won't make anyone an expert.

Again, if you think you are FAIR, then rethink again... Take my advise, lumabas muna kayo sa office niyo at magmuni-muni sa labas hanag humihithit ng yosi. Tapos mag smile kayo para hindi niyo ma-feel na pasan niyo ang mundo.

If you are really concerned about US >>> Chevy owners, you should have used a different approach... Sa simula pa lang napaka-NEGA mo na.

Hahaha getting personal are we? Pano mo naman sinama yung Fiesta dito? Kasi tinitignan mo yung signature ko na wala naman kinalaman sa usapan. So ano next titirahin mo Hyundai Santa Fe ko kasi member din ako ng Santa Fe Club? Kung may nagtanong why people hate Ford then you can give your answer... But the question is why do people hate Chevy... I answered (you just DIDN'T LIKE MY ANSWER kaya ganun kayo mag-react and not because what I am saying is UNTRUE)... And its a fact naman Chevy is not seen favorably here, tignan mo naman SALES nila even lower than Nissan. Kala ko la nang tatalo sa Nissan, meron pa pala! Lumalabas na talaga yung pag ka defensive mechanism ng some owners here, I did have a minor is psychology in college you know!

anyway, kung dito man, I think we would still get a Chevy kung may extrang cash at garage siyempre. I don't base a car on it's brand reputation, basta gusto ko ito, gusto ko. (huwag lang china car siyempre hehe). maintenance is not an issue for me, lahat iyan may makukuhanan at makukuhanan ng parts, alangan namang wala. regarding casa service, I don't care since hindi ako nagpapaservice sa kahit na anong casa and I don't care about those warranty sh!t.

got to test drive a spark last sunday during the motorama...was not expecting much since it's a small car, pero i must say, it was fun to drive! may hatak din naman...i also got to test drive a 1.1 getz a while back, mas napangiti ako sa spark hehehe

may body roll on turns at moderate speeds, naisip ko agad "salpakan ko lang ng strut bars ito ayos na!"

while driving gumana na agad yung isip ko on what modifications i would do if i owned a spark hehehe

UMC - 6,065 units (Frontier, Navara, Urvan, Super Safari, Patrol Royale, Murano)

Chevrolet Owner - Yes. Optra 1.6 m/t(sold, thank God), Optra 1.8LT a/t, Venture LT, Trailblazer LT (Sold)

People say those things about Chevrolet because its true. Atleast for the last generation models and management. Right now, the management is trying to improve but seems like medyo ganun pa din.

For the Trailblazer, I can understand the expensive maintenance since this is a North American model, but for the Optra, really terrible. The Venture, we're just lucky ours isn't as sirain as the other units.

Take note that all cars are not high mileage. '03 Optra was sold with around 55-60k mileage. Trailblazer only had about 38k.

I can understand that the Chevrolets we had were the crappy ones. But you have to understand that a lot of people got stung by these cars which is why Chevrolet has to rebuild the brand again.

The Cruze and Spark seems like they are good cars but a lot of people will still be hesitant to buy it because the of the damage done by the previous management and the previous generation of cars
