WOW! I burned my eyes reading this thread! The point that people are talking about Chevy here in this thread, with non-Chevy owners, is a plus already. Why do you think these people visit the Chevy threads? Like Ghosthunter who is a Lancer loyalist. He is very interested with the Cruze! He loves the Cruze man! He only hates the management. Those car hunters who are looking for cars to buy, visited this thread. They heard about it and was interested to hear about it! They were struck by the looks of the car, they heard about it, and they are interested in it. There are negatives they hear that some people can't accept. But there are chevy lovers that put faith in the car and the people behind the brand. It's all about our freedom to choose people. Some like it, some don't. Same with Mitsus, Hondas, and Toyotas. Some love them, some don't. The thread is a good exercise of our freedom. So take it easy peeps.
I put much respect with av8or5. These man has a problem with his Cruze but you never see him gripe like Ghosthunter and Tidus who never had one. av8or5 is fair in his remarks. May it Chevy, Hyundai or his Strada. These kind of people you can respect (j.caine, bananatype, and the others).
For others who gripe, hey! they are entitled to thier own opinion. It's freedom they are exercising. They throw eggs at the brand and thereby blurr our respect to them. They are taking this route at their own expense, to defend their interest ( because they feel it inferior... if it is superior, then why bother talking about more inferior things). They might be talking behind their handle name so they throw bad statements expecting no one knows them. And I see Chevy owners, like the King Marlboro, holding his bricks and bat ready to rumble. But hold your bats and bricks gentlemen. Just be happy these people put interest on what we own. Treat it with a grain of salt. for me, it tastes better. And am proud to be a chevy owner!
CHEERS!

I'm proud to drive a Chevy!
CHEERS!
Old chevy spark owner ako 10months/18km mileage to be exact. So far no problem.
It will be hard to assume but lets hope that the new management can fix everything. So far only Chevrolet Pasig seems to be acting on improving customer service.
The current and upcoming cars from Chevy seems very promising but they have a brand image to rebuild and that won't be fixed overnight. So Chevrolet owners have to understand that there will always be people bashing the brand.
I also hate it when people comment pero wala naman silang first hand experience pala.
ganda nga ng white na spark!!! check this one out:
i like!!!!
boss awallit, magkano ang trade in value ng '07 aveo sedan?
P.S. ayos din pala ung layout ng engine bay, yung air filter box directly behind the front grille...pag out of warranty na pwede nang salpakan ng cone-type air filter, para ram air effect (haaay wala pa akong spark, mino-modify ko na hehehe)
Black isn't bad either. This one seems to have a bodykit and grey alloys:

had a chance to test it out in the Motorama.. leg room for the rear passenger is hell good for a small car! :D
It was my dad who got it. And the 1.8 was bought months after the 1.6. I told him not to buy it but makulit siya. And yes, i stand my ground, Optras are really comfy but engine, transmission, maintenance cost, fuel consumption and resale value is really crappy. And these are facts. Right now, I'm getting the same fuel consumption with the 1.8 Optra and the X-trail 2.5CVT that i'm using.
Anyway, can we move on with the discussion. What's being discussed here are the new chevy cars anyway which seems miles ahead of the previous generation models

Saw this spark in moa last feb 19. Ganda! Tinanong ko yung SA about the fuel consumption, sabi nya 27 km/l daw sa ibang bansa. I doubted. But well if this is true, this car is really worth considering!
