i think what offended some people including me was your term " ang bibili lang yun mga taong kapos sa pera"
sir, i have 4 vehicles a 95 honda civic, a toyota lucida, a 2006 starex and yes china made chery tiggo. i dont think kapos ako sa pera by buying the tiggo. I can very well afford the new rav 4 or the new crv but when i test drove the tiggo i got impressed by its cheap price, cheap parts and the features it has. Now, does that make me kapos sa pera?

It is a five-door crossover SUV available as a front-wheel drive or four-wheel drive with 1.6, 2.0 and 2.4-litre gasoline engines.

There are many styling cues which resemble other compact SUVs, like the Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V and Mitsubishi Outlander, although the Tiggo is not a badge-engineered version of any of them.

The Tiggo is being assembled in Uruguay since late 2007, as a result of a partnership between Chery and Argentine company Socma. The goal is to export the car to Argentina and Brazil - 30% to 50% share of local components are needed to receive zero-tariff status inside the Mercosur.

six months na ang chery qq3 namin. so far so good. average 15km/l sa city driving. wala namang problema sa performance. most of all, my wife can now go places on her own... uma-abot na sya ng cavite, pampanga, etc... sobrang driver friendly ang qq308 amt.

anyway, six months ago, mejo nakaka-ilang mag-drive kse sobrang head turner ang qq3, and with all sorts of reactions. merong natutulala, napapakunot, napapa-ngiti, natatawa at napapaturo pa na para bang sinasabing "ano yan?" hehehe... pero ngayun, mukang nasanay na. mukang normal na ang me qq3 na gagala-gala sa kamaynilaan. unti-unti na rin nagsu-subside ang mga debate. of course, di pa tapos ang test... in my case, after 3 and a half years ko pa malalaman if me and my wife got our money's worth (4 years to pay po kse... hehe)

Got my Brand New QQ 311. apple green.... last Friday. Sept 19,

some advise naman sa mga matagal nang user ng Chery.. so far, maganda naman performance nya.. (syempre bago) pero napansin ko s una e.. mahirap ipasok sa first gear, cguro kelangan png masanay s gamit para lumuwag.. hmmm.... cguro.

advise naman.... yng mga may experience ng kng anong negative... share nyo naman. para maiwasan ko kagad.. tnx po..

mahirap talaga ipasok sa first gear yan, na try ko na din pa check sa service kaso wala silang magawa... ginagawa ko pag alanganin like for example naka hung yung sasakyan mo and ayaw pumasok sa first gear, nilalagay ko muna sya sa 2nd gear then saka sa first gear.... try mo din kulitin yung dealer about sa licence plate mo kasi in my case hindi inasikaso ng dealer ko yung papers ng licence plate ko lagi nilang reason LTO may backlog kaso nung trace ko may problem pala yung dealer ko and yung main branch ng chery (makati branch) hindi complete papers na pinasa sa LTO kaya tumagal ng more than 3 months

its the 1.6 MT sir. 8+++ kms still runs like new!!! I noticed the engine does not like ordinary unleaded fuel. me hesitation kasi, but using a higher octane rating gas gives great acceleration and a better mileage.

yes. yun ang average namin. two passengers everyday (me and my wife). ang route namin - Dalig, Antipolo <-> Capitolyo, Pasig. Roughly nasa 60kms ang roundtrip namin. We fill-up our tank every monday morning at ang weekly namin nasa 23+/- liters * 350+/- kms. mga Php1100+/- ang weekly gastos namin kasama na ang weekend trips.
walang akong any tweak or mod. just old school safe driving. yung auto mode minsan parang nag-a-adjust sa driving technique mo. so whenever i feel na nagbababad sha sa low gears, ino-overide ko then after a while nagiging pareho na ang shifting patterns namin. di ko pa na-research kung pano nagwo-work ang amt pero in my experience, malaki ang kinalaman ng amt sa fc mo.

i'm sure mas mababa ang survival rate ng nakasakay sa motor. in fact, dito sa pinas, ang taas na ng death incidents related to motorcycles. and i assure you... there are a lot more scary pics out there. nabawasan ba ang bumibili ng motor?

now, compare that to compact cars. better yet, compare that to chery qq...
