last week may wrong item delivered sa akin, ni report ko kaagad sa shopee and at the same time eh nag pm ako sa seller. ginawa ng seller eh refund yung binili ko at pina cancel na yung report ko sa shopee kaya hindi na pinabalik yung wrong item na na deliver sa akin.

nangyari na din sa akin dati na diretso na ako sa seller na message and sila na nag refund although mga less 300 pesos lang naman.

Yung Refund ko si Seller na mismo nag-sabi.. Kaya nagtataka ako bakit ang tagal ng review ni Shopee..
Maikli lang exchange ng message namin ng seller, kasya lang sa isang screenshot. Nung sinabi ko kulang ang item, sinabi niya file ako refund for ₱165 (exact amount agad).. Simple lang, wala na explanation..
Kaya nag-chat na ako sa live agent para malaman ano ba ang kailangan bakit hindi umuusad, nung sinabi sakin within the day ma-finalize na.. Ok na ako..
Pero 1 week na, nakakatamad mag-follow up ng Refund.. Kaya hinahayaan ko na lang.. [emoji28] Basta pangit Return/Refund ng Shopee kaya hindi ako nagta-transact ng malaking amount sa kanila.. Wala akong expectation sa quality ng service nila, hindi maipagmamalaki..

nung mag try ako mag return, may lumabas na pick up by Shopee Xpress then may details na need mo lang i-print, yung parang nasa package nila yung may barcode pa.

pero try mo din message si seller, baka mag refund na lang then nde na ipasoli syo yung defective item.
