    From what I understand it, nangyari yun transactions before the bank blocked the card, so walang kasalanan shoppee.

    Of course it's privacy issue, sino ba itong victim ng card fraud to demand shoppee ilabas yun information nun Scammer. Get a court order.

    Huwag nanaman ipasa yun sariling katangahan sa ibang tao.

    why withhold information from a costumer, his own alleged transaction record details?
    as in, "sir, as per our transaction records, these are what you ordered from us..."
    "we are releasing the information to you, because we feel you are entitled to know exactly what it is, that you purchased from us, and how it was delivered to you."
    sometimes, the simplistic view makes for easier decision-making...

    Wala bang flag ang banko pag ang transaction reaches a certain amount? I remember talking to my credit card CSR in front of the cashier to verify that I'm really making the purchase. But that is the store. Might be no verification with online transaction, which obviously would need a better security.

    One way to secure your credit card is to black out the CVC code at the back with pentel pen. So kahit makuha info ng card mo back and front hindi ito magagamit online. Of course you will need to take note of the CVC code.
