Shopee can't hold your money hostage even if you get banned. You can still withdraw the amount given that your account is verified.

If verified, but what if the person used a name without an ID like for example used his or her nickname or a totally different name (it is common for me to see people on FB who use made up or alter their names) I used my real name and they still gave me a hard time in the withdrawal. I wouldn't keep a balance I am willing to lose in shopee pay

Kaya dapat may GCash or Paymaya to insulate bank accounts for topping-up exact amount sa Shopee pay.

Ang issue ko sa Shopee yung mga fake sellers na inamin sa dispute na fake binebenta eh hindi bina ban, then now naman false advertising iba yung item na pinadala kaya soli ulit. Nagaaksaya oras mga seller na to dapat ban kaagad at yung mga multiple seller name offering counterfeit/false ads.

You can used any name? Paano pag hanapan ng ID? Hinde ko na maalala kung humingi ng ID shoppe pagka register. Dapat gawin nila yun then pag deliver huwag ibigay pag walang ID or authorization.

Pwede ka gimamit kahit ano pangalan. Ako hindi nakalagay tunay na pangalan ko, tapos apat yung shipping address ko, depende sa order. Okay naman. Minsan COD, minsan shopee pay.

More often than not I still get the item even if it stalled somewhere like this. But a couple of times nawala nila yung package.

How long does it usually take to resolve disputes due to non-receipt of items?

I checked out the item 4/25. Seller shipped it out via SPX on 4/27 12PM. 4/27 17:40 the item is on its way to Paranaque hub. Then the updates stopped.

I filed for refund on 5/2 (to "lock" my payment) which the seller disputed (since they did send out the package) and Shopee cancelled it on 5/4 since they said, the deadline won't end until 5/5.

5/5 was yesterday so I filed another refund last night to keep my payment from being auto forwarded to the seller. The seller disputed it again since the package has not be returned to sender nor has it been tagged as lost. They also seem quite optimistic that it will suddenly turn up.

BTW, the item is a used laptop which I understand is still quite tempting for some desperate courier to "lose". Which is why I am not at all confident that it will suddenly get found and delivered.

In your experience, how much longer will I have to wait if I'm already in this stage of the dispute process?

Sa Lazada, they waited for 1 week from the promised date of delivery before they refunded the money to my wallet

That's why my advise is to top up yung correct amount when you're using your 2nd, 3rd account. Para walang naiiwan na fund sa wallet. If ang gamit mo naman is your real name, no problem maveverify naman yung account if you really need to withdraw.

What was your sister's offense? Sheesh, what's wrong with shopee, talagang they ban/suspend in random ata or baka yung mga malakas mag purchase pa bina ban nila

Parang something about double application of vouchers/discounts yata. Kaya nga nagtataka kami paano mangyayarin yun eh kung available yung voucher sa choices, then nakaabot ka na sa checkout/payment mismo, ibig sabihin good to go yung order mo.

Daily limit 50k for verified and and non-verified. Monthly limit 100k for verified and 50k for non-verified.

Not sure if may tiering pa ba yan, pero ako nung magto-topup na ako for my 50000th pesosesosesss hindi na ako in-allow kasi 50k lang daw pwede for me. I think when I was being asked to verify may nabasa ako na 100k figure pag verified ka na as one of the perks of being a verified account.

Kaya iwas din ako to link my bank/credit card account sa ShopeePay or Lazada Wallet kahit hassle parating magpunta ng 711 just for the topup. Ayoko ngang ma-expose bank accounts ko especially online. Incognito mode nga ako pag nag-online banking then password isn't saved to browser.

On another note, usually mga computer parts binibili ko since yung mga computer stores ngayon may listahan nga pero pulos out of stock naman or for bundling purposes daw only. As it is, medyo sunod-sunod yung cancellations ko lately by the sellers mismo. Napansin ko lang, ito yung mga usually pricier items na na-apply ko yung malalaking vouchers like 200 coins cashback then free shipping pa. Not sure though if it's a strategy by the seller ba to get out of the substantial discount/s.

mas convenient pa din to top-up via GCash. ako naman nag lalagay lang din ako ng enough money sa GCash kung how much lang din need ko para sa Shopee then top-up sa ShopeePay via GCash. sa panahon ngayon ang hirap kasi mag punta pa sa 7-11, another exposure pa yan sa virus.
