Actually, the only thing that saved us from a fraudulent transaction was that BPI sent a text that it was used abroad, we normally don't get these notifications nor calls, so we called up CS immediately and it was addressed.

I have same thing sa BPI, you can turn it off/on using their app. Yun nga lang for debit card lang. I wish they have same option for credit card.

Yung item ko shipped from Cebu, then few days later arrived in Taguig. It didn't move for 3 days now this morning arrived at Cebu. [emoji2357]

Then I copied the tracking number and used the J&T website, saka ko nakita yung totoong route. Arrived in Metro Manila. Same time stamp.

I think nalito ang system, switched destination and departed city.

Twice na ako nag order sa shoppee, from Manila to the province it takes around 10 days lang.

Ang gulo naman ng ruta ng mga packages nyo.

Sa akin usually, say kung coming in from China, it will be received and sorted in Paranaque, then transported to Marikina hub na. Only once or twice pa lang yata na nagkaroon ng merry-go-round yung item ko. When that happened, I thought it was delivered then returned due to my not being around when the delivery took place. But ultimately bumalik din sya ng Marikina and delivered to my residence finally.
