    Real Estate in general proves to be resilient with this pandemic. They are still maintaining their selling price per sqm but yes there are some unit owners who cannot afford to pay mortgage or monthly payment with developers and they are the one selling it low.

    My sis-in-law purchased a "farm land" sa South

    According to the developer, this is their 3rd project, 1st 2 are successful.

    I'm meeting the developer this weekend to see if the farm land will meet our future needs.

    According to her (sis):
    LGU will only allow 25% of the property to be used for building a house
    No commercial farming
    Water, Sewerage and Electricity will be available

    My pending question (for the developer), will the LGU allow me to build a wall around the lot?

    Anything else I should be looking for?

    Whats the deed of restrictions? Will there be fiber internet in the village? How long and what are the conditions before title is transfered to you?

    oo nga. naalala ko na nakakita ako nito when my friend bought a house from Camella.

    kaso this is a small developer... I think he purchased a 10 hectare land and subdivided it for sale.

    May roads naman and they guaranteed water, sewerage and electricity.

    Developee gives you the deed of restriction. Also ask if the title is readily available. And tax dec as well.

    This is so wrong. Why are they advertising this as a 5 bedroom. The ground floor "bedroom 1" looks more like a closet 08:37 If it was supposed to be a bedroom dapat hindi lang powder room yung katabi

    I think this is a 2 bedroom only. 10:45 "Bedroom 2" and "Bedroom 3" are supposed to be one room nga lang as the host suggested. Bedroom 3 has no windows and no AC I would suffocate there in summer. "Bedroom 4" the host could not even stand straight there

    This is probably one of the most ill designed homes I've seen in YT
