While having dinner with my officemate last night he talked about how he was in awe of the top earner (or owner?) of royale. Kung mamili daw ng lupa tig 400 million. Kung mamili ng lupa parang candy lang binibili. He's not a member but he used to join every networking I knew in the planet. lol.

Which leads me back to my question on the very first post of this thread, what's a ballpark figure of what these MLM guys earn in a month?

Kunwari bagong pasok ako and I work on it full-time. If anyone has had experience joining, pano ba yung earnings structure? How much per person recruited?

It depends coz it varies with different companies. First is you have to pay for the membership fee. Then you have to know what MLM model the company is using. The famous is the binary system which is pairing or pares pares. Pag may pair ka, may certain amount na ibibigay sayo. Plus you have to buy the overpriced products for commission. Ito ung pinaka madaling kitaan and I wouldn't be surprised if the company is new and you are one of the first members to join, you would earn as high as 100k+ a month until it has reached its maximum level and it will go spiraling down from there. Most probably that would be on its 3rd or 4th yr. By that time sobrang dami mo ng pera pag nauna kang naging member. And usually pag nauna kang naging member, inaalagaan ka ng company. Pinapa ganda ang image mo lalo pag kumikita ka na ng malaki. Guest speaker ka palagi kasi paano, downlines mo na lahat sila.

Meron naman ung per level. Every level na mapuno mo and lahat sila bumili ng products, may benefits ka per level plus ung pagbili nila ng products.

Meron naman ung walang recruit but you need to buy their overpriced products monthly to get benefits. But they will make sure that when you encourage other people to join, the bigger the benefits you will get. So you will still end up recruiting.

Bottomline is, ang pinaka core padin is recruiting. The products are there to hide the true nature of the business.

Ung mga nagpapa picture with cash, bayad yan sa product purchases and membership fees. Bago nila ibayad sa cashier, ipo pose muna nila para mukhang marami silang pera.

Ung mga uplines namin noon, nasa 60k a month sila. But their genealogy is as thick as an encyclopedia. Mga nauna kasi. Kaso balik sa zero sila nung bumagsak din ang company. Eligible na din "daw" sila sa car loan kasi malaki na ung monthly nila and that time they were looking at the Fortuner or Montero. Ang gagawin daw doon, sa company nakapangalan ang registration and direchong idi deduct sa monthly earning nila ung monthly payment sa vehicle. Member na din ako noon and I know that as a member, you need to maintain, meaning you have to buy their overpriced products monthly before the company gives you the benefits. Plus the more downlines maintaining, the bigger the benefit. Kaso hindi naman lahat ng downlines nila ay can afford to maintain 2.5k+ monthly so inaabonohan nila. In the end, palagay ko halos wala na din matitira doon.

Marami sa mga yan members ng multiple MLM companies. They do deals wherein join my MLM and I will join yours. You will be my downline in my MLM company and I will be your downline in your MLM company. Grabe mga yan, basta may bago, pupuntahan nila. Parang mga news reporter. And pag nagkita kita sila, offer ng mga products from their other companies like "organic" eggs, drinks, foods, soap, beauty products, necklaces, bracelets, you name it.

Ung mga nasa topmost level, yan ung talagang kumikita pero for sure mayayaman na sila in the first place pero mas lalo pang yumaman dahil sa MLM. Sad thing is, they capitalize on that. To boost the morals of their downlines, pakitaan sila ng mga luxury cars, luxury houses, luxury pieces of jewelry para isipin nila na magkakaroon din kayo nito pag sumali kayo dito. Kaya itong mga kawawang nabubulag na downlines sa easy money, they would think that they will reach that level but the reality is different, way different. Tumanda na sila, kahit 10 yr old vehicle ay hindi pa nila mabili.

Yes you will earn in MLM. The question is up to when coz your income is only as good as your downlines. Then there is your conscience. And sa lahat ng taong kilala ko personally na ginawang source of income or livelihood ang pagiging member ng MLM company, wala akong kilala na umasenso. As in wala, zero, nil, none.

I was beginning to become more tolerant of MLMs that focus on product selling, but it turns out none of them really focus on that. Kung ang bungad ay "unlimited income opportunity" at hindi tungkol sa product mismo, eh walk away na dapat.

And kahit pala "upline" ka na, hindi naman kalakihan yung monthly. Tapos unlike a corporate job or a decent business where you can stay frugal, kailangan talaga mayabang yung lifestyle mo which is a very big turn-off for me.

Nakakapagtaka though na may mga batchmate ako na iniwan yung corporate job nila for MLM. As fresh grads they were earning 25-40k. Akala ko sa MLM they were getting triple or even 5x that money. Di ko na sila kinakausap ever since they tried recruiting me so I don't know how their lives are now.

Minimum pa yang 40k Cath pag MT ng multinational. In the batch after ours, one got in McKinsey, so automatic 6 digits yun. That's very rare though. More commonly, Unilever MTs get about 65k, Nestle and P&G are 48k, Kraft is 45k, L'Oreal is 40k. Yung isang friend na sinasabi ko, MT for Samsung but he left his job to go fulltime MLM.

BTT: i think those who join MLM think of it as a high-risk-high-return move. But mukhang the risk is bigger than the average return. Sana nagbusiness nalang sila kung bibitaw rin sila sa stable corporate job nila.

I think these networkers do not see anything wrong with what they are doing.

I used to be close with my MLM officemate until we got to talking about networking. Nagka gap na kami including our other friends dahil feeling niya pinagtulungan namin siya or we were making fun of him. He truly believes he is helping people by recruiting them. And that he will make it big someday with MLM.
