    Any recommendations for a secondary bank?

    I would rather not go for BPI since they are also a bit antiquated

    Also with a reasonable minimum

    it can be anyone, insider or outsider.

    Try HSBC sir. They are using a hard key to access accounts, set transfer limits, money transfer and so on. The only downside is the ADB is quite hefty.

    how can unionbank not know sino mayari ng acct kung saan pumasok ang transfers from bdo

    syempre pag open ng new acct may id

    pero mas madali ngayon mag open ng bank acct di kailangan pumunta sa bank

    magsend lang ng photo ng id... pano kung fake id
