Just bought Transcend DP 100 for our car. Tapos i am planning to buy another one for our other car. Worth it ba na DP 200 or DP 220 kunin ko? Or enough na stick with another DP 100?

Thanks for the reply, battouter sir!

Would you know if capacitor din ang DP 100? Sabi sa features meron itong 30 seconds battery life incase of power failure.

If hindi, what dash cam/mount would you recommend and saan makakabili?

Used a suction mount before and it lifted out a round hole in the tint. Shifted to a bicycle mount attached to the rear view mirror stem.

yes, if you use the car everyday the capacitor should be able to retain the time and settings. if i am not mistaken 3-4 days ang standby time the capacitor according to the manual.

He's an SJCam seller so baka sa ganung sellers ka makakita.

I don't use a battery anymore with my SJ4000 since it bloated after a year of use.

Settings (Car Mode, resolution, etc) stay the same even if the camera abruptly turns off when I shut off the engine.

Nope. A memory card doesn't have any physical spinning parts, it's flash-based. So I don't see how abrupt shutoffs can damage it.

Thanks. Actually i was thinking why windows or my cp ask me to unmount or safely remove the sdcard and comes with a warning that it might damage the drive.

Also considering removing the battery of my sjcam...

The warning is aimed more towards avoiding data loss. If you pull out a flash drive while the computer is writing something on it, the data might get corrupted. This is what I feared when I took my battery out of my SJ. However, the SJ records properly up to the point when you cut the power, no corrupt files or anything.
