Ako din nahihirapan tangalin si xiaomi yi pag nakainstall na. Sana meron nabibili sa mga suking tindahan..
Overall naman wala ako reklamo sa yi dashcam hehe ayos na ayos quality. Sana lang tumagal ng kahit 5yrs.

Yang problem sa focus is old problem na, updated na firmware ng new xiaomi yi dashcam. Mas maganda bilin nyo po yung international version. Ako kasi china version pero pinalitan ko ng firmware hehe mas nakatipid ako.
Yung sa weather hindi ko pa alam kc almost 1month palang ata dashcam ko. Hehe

sa nabasa ko yung focus issue is kapag bilad sa araw. nawawala pagka-crisp ng video (lose focus). pero once cooled, back to normal na.

i don't think it will be a problem kapag umaandar ang sasakyan at naka-aircon ka. or kung may tint. it will probably be an issue if no tint tapos bilad sa araw and no aircon. but who does that? kapag naka-park lang naman.


update: i bought a permanent marker (flat tip) and "painted" the front face black. hindi na halata with medium tints. ghetto hehe. will probably do a better job one weekend using spray paint.

Just bought the yi dashcam. Hope it last long. My choices are the anytek t1(kaso may built in back up camera na ako eh) silvertec(for the price not worth it) and yi action cam(walang lcd but you can change the battery incase of over heating).

Maganda kung ang dash cam is light colored kasi may times na.yung parking space walang roof hence will not be heat(plus a good tint). And im expecting na magkakaroon ng technician na gagawa nito just like sjcam, kasi madaming bumibili.

Bought mine from tomli, sa store niya 3,100 lang english menu. Pag meet up 3,200. Pag delivery, delivery fee plus 3,200. Siya cheapest and reliable seller.(from tipid pc). No connection with him.

ako naman prefer ko black para hindi halata pag nakapark. mainit kasi sa mata. so i had mine spray painted black. yeah, tomli is a reliable seller. have had multiple deals with him before sa tpc involving memory cards.

any feedback sa avt a98 dashcam? same lang ba yung motion detection & park mode? pwede bang i hardwire 'to para naka-standby kapag naka-park?

yun kasi ang meron sa casa. hindi kasi pwede ma-void yung warranty dahil company car. kaso madami na akong pinagawang dents/dings dahil sa walang pakialam na katabing hindi marunong mag-ingat kapag nagbubukas ng pinto.

Had a g1wc capacitor 2nd dashcam ko ito it lasted for 2 years, di pa mainit masyado kasi parating may roof parking. Nice cam.

In my opinion, that is the true measure of a dashcam... Withstanding the heat of the sun, when you leave it with the vehicle.....

One of my dashcams just faded away,- after I missed to remove it from one of our rides, parked under the elements....
