I am not sure about the color temp of both aside from the given output indicated on the packaging - 80% brighter on the XPs, XVs -100% than stock halogens.

I suggest you do your own experiment to suit your taste. Lucky for me there was someone (neighbor) who asked for visual comparison between the two so I have an idea already. By the way both vehicles are Mitsu Stradas with H4 bulbs. His XVs are a little too white for me so I think it might be a little troublesome in some street light conditions, even in the rain.

I believe the Jazz also has H4s in it and I reckon the XP is already a pretty damn good upgrade already. I have these on my FD already (HB3 & HB4) and I have seldom need for the foglights. Tint used is Solargard Quantum.

Made in Germany pa rin ba yun Xtreme Vision? Because I had Xtreme Powers before in my FD and the packaging says Made in Germany (it didn't have those Chinese markings as shown in one of the posts here)

Mga sir, tanong lng po. Meron na bang H11 na Phillips XP or XV?

ano ba color temp nung XV? The nearest to 4300k, the more light your eyes can actually perceive. Science lang yan and not subjective, ok, pera na lang kung color blind yung driver, hehe. XP is close to 4300k but more intense sa gitna. See my comparison study here:
    Upgrading your CAR LIGHTING SYSTEM

Worst ang white pag black asphalt and umuulan. Wala kang makikita dyan and contrast ration ng white color mas mahina, i.e your eyes will have a harder time contrasting colors so hindi aangat yung mga detalye sa daan.

Yung nasa picture na adjustment ng GE, na meron arrow, hindi yun ang adjustment. That's the screw to hold down the clip for the H4 bulb ng GE. There are 2 screws na kulay silver na meron parang ulo na tansan. One is the up/down and the other is the side to side adjustment. You dont need to remove the HL to make this adjustment.

Even though whitish sya, ok naman kahit malakas ang ulan given that naka medium black tint ako sa windshield. Even on roads lit by yellow street lights yung effect nya is not less compared to stock halogens or my upgraded 100/90 halogens with neutral tint on windshield, I even prefer PXV over them. So kahit whitish sya it is still overall better than ordinary or 100/90 halogens, and much cooler to eyes. I think projector HID's would be the next logical upgrade... Thats based on my opinion and personal experience using PXV.

technically mas malakas ang 90/100w bulb. Pero subjective kasi ang pagiging "mas malakas" na headlight. Eto ang pros and cons sa mga choices mo:
    Osram All Seasons:

    Pros:
A little Yellowish light, meaning more contrast pag bad weather.
    Malakas.
Comes in 55/60w+30% more light, meron ring 80/100w.

    Cons:
Hindi lahat gusto ng yellowish light.
Higher wattage (80/100w) means upgraded wiring is recommended.
Mid Priced (approx 400-500php per piece)

    Philips XP:

    Pros:
stock wattage with +80% more light.
    no mods needed.
    well-focused.

    Cons:
Shorter Lifespan compared to normal bulbs.
    Expensive (1.4k to 2.3k php per pair)r
Lighting may not be bright compared to Hi-wattage bulbs (subjective).

    Normal 90/100w Bulbs:

    Pros:
    Generally Bright
Cheap (other brands are sold around 200php per piece)
Durable (if you stick with known brands)

    Cons:
Needs upgraded wiring to be more effective.
    May damage plastic lenses.
    Not recommended by OEM.

Please take note that lighting is very subjective. It's best to try out different bulbs on your own car and see what's best for you.
im using OSRAM Rally 90/100w. i needed brighter output/all weather and so far, this has been good. im not sure if this bulb falls in "the Normal 90/100w Bulbs" category since i forgot the exact price.Question lang, does it really harm the plastic lenses? tia..
