So my 2011 ASX factory HID are still good. No color shift yet. But I want more distance and light so thinking of getting Osram Night Breaker Unlimited Xenarc D2S.

According to the spec of Osram NBU Xenarc has same lifespan as standard HID.

    - 2000 hour lifespan lasts 6-10 years under average daily use

So they computed average daily use as:

    10 years: 2000 / 10 years / 365 days = 0.547 hour = 32 minutes daily

    6 years: 2000 / 6 years / 365 days = 0.913 hour = 54 minutes daily

Sir Gary need your advise wala pa kasi kami experience sa HL retrofit. Just bought the New Sta fe and we did not know na mahina pala ang HL nito. What can you suggest.

The average lifespan of HID bulbs fluctuates between 2-3 years, so it depends. Ususally it is worth replacing them when they lose 50% of their capacity or "get half dimmer" as you put it. Also they can change their primary color, so whenever you notice any of those alterations, you can replace your HIDs if you intent to keep your car attended.
On Kensun not only can you buy good bulbs but also choose ones that fit specially your car make and model: KENSUN Inc

I already replaced my HID to Osram Cool Blue Intense Xenarc D2S. Really great bulbs with great reviews. I highly recommend them.

It's a replacement bulb for cars with true HID already (either OEM or retrofit). It uses the D2S socket fot HID bulbs instead of the usual H4/H7/H11 for halogen.

Yes, plug & play. The stock HID bulb is D2S type.

Osram CBI Xenarc D2S is brighter than Philips 85122+ D2S and Philips 85122 X-treme Vision D2S.

But if you can get the newer model, it is even brighter: Osram Cool Blue Hyper Xenarc D2S.

At first I wanted to buy the Osram Night Breaker Xenarc D2S. But according to user review and YouTube videos, it is just similar brightness to Osram Cool Blue Intense Xenarc.

So between the two HID bulbs, it just depends on what color temperature you want to get. Osram NBX is 4300K. Osram CBIX is 5500-6000K.

I dont think cbi's are brighter than xv's. You might think cbi is brighter dahil sa color temp nya which is 5500k up to 6000k while yung xv ay 4800k.
Also yung iba sabi mas maliwanag ang xv. I dont think malaki ang difference ng dalawa. Nag labas lang ata ang philips ng xv pang tapat sa cbi but IMO if same projector di magkakalayo yan.
Ok ang cbi if you want more of a bling look but on bad weather condition mas aasahan ko pa ang osram NB kaysa cbi kung nasa provincial highway lalo na wet asphalt road.
But xv pa rin binili ko hehehe since philips are known to have a good lifespan and less color shift. Nabenta na lang previous unit ko ok pa rin ang 85122. Its a matter of preference lang yan mapa osram man o philips. IMO.

White or Yellow light is more on preference. Some people see better with White light. Some people see better with Yellow light. Get the color that you are comfortable with.

    Data from theretrofitsource:

    Osram CBH D2S = 3600 lumens
    Osram CBI D2S = 3500 lumens
    Osram NBU D2S = 3500 lumens
    Philips 85122 XV = 3300 lumens
    Philips 85122 = 3200 lumens
