April 21st, 2019 10:43 PM #3good day, not sure if applicable in here. Currently using depo headlight for my EE90, replaced the stock koito (which is old enough) with bosch H4, same rating as the stock, 60watts something. Question is, meron pa po ba better bulb that i can use? i saw the PIAA bulbs but not sure if the depo can handle the heat even with same rating. Talo ng kasalubong and other lights pag nasa city. But pag nasa dark places, tolerable naman. But still, better to have brighter ones.
Thanks

March 18th, 2015 01:50 AM #4For me HID or led light, bought throw like a welding light. Which is both irritating to the eyes of a motorist. Beneficial to you, pero sa mga makakasalubong mong motorista, sigurado mag flash o i-set sa high beam ang headlight nila. Their only differnce is led light is more efficient in electrical load compsumtion in your car battery, compare to HID.

April 13th, 2016 12:53 AM #6Parehas lang masakit sa mata o nakakasilaw, HID, lalo na LED. Kahit itutok mo pababa, kapag basa kalsada, ispalto o semento talbog rin yun ilaw sa kasalubong.

Stock wiring and sockets are built to handle 60/55w only. If you're looking to upgrade your wattage, best to install a relay and change to ceramic sockets.

April 28th, 2017 11:46 AM #9I see, thank you sir for that. So you mean i may still use the stock wiring but will have to install a relay to accommodate the power of 100/90 bulb?

April 28th, 2017 12:27 PM #10^when you use a relay, maglalagay ka na ng extra wiring circuit to handle the upgraded bulb wattage. Kaya ceramic na din ang socket dapat.
Bukod sa pwede matunaw ang wirings mo, mangingitim din amg headlight lens dahil mas mainit. Tignan mo yung mga taxi, usually vios gen2 na malabo at maitim headlights.
