Yes golden rule never ever rush when buying pre-loved. You might get a clicking time bomb in the end.

Again you might consider getting a brand new?

I am actually eyeing on the following:

    Honda city 2012 ( 500k budget )
    Honda Jazz 2012 ( 500k budget )
Toyota Altis 2014 ( can 600k budget fit this? )
    Honda civic 2012 ( can 600k fit this? )

    Purchasing plan
    Downpayment of 300k to 350k
then the rest is 1 year to pay

Also is it possible to hire a certified mechanic to assist me on purchasing a second hand car?

I'm single nga pla no dependents 22 y.o and will be using it as transpo from caloocan/monumento area to makati

PS: buying a brand new is not an option since i am planning to leave the country maybe in 4 years

That engine support, aircon, and power steering. Memories that will last forever.

Anyhow, FD's are great to drive actually. Well, I wont say this kung hindi ko na try yung mga ka-compitensya.

Breaking down the points I had that time:

    Altis - Barko I drive
Mazda3 - Great handling, not that great in speed.
    Civic - Lacks handling.

Eh hindi naman tayo mangangarera, so.. if ever bibili si TS na kung alin man dyan sa generation na yan, eh, TS kunin mo yung tipid sa gasolina :laughbounce:

Real talk, do the maths. If ever you consider getting a second hand, eh be prepared sa mga, sabi nga WILL BREAK DOWN.

    Happy hunting!

GE Jazz nalang if you want a 2011/2012 model. Wala pang 11th gen Altis na 600k lang. Yung FB Civic naman, panget (and mahal).

If you're single with that income, kayang kaya naman bumili ng kotse. I'd agree it's better to get secondhad than brand new especially if you'll sell the car in 4 years.

Jazz or City, I think they have a better gas mileage compare to your other choices.

(OT.Jut,Nasa Gil Puyat kaba kanina? Altis mo ata ung nan kits ko?)

500/month is not safe I think. Better buy a 2nd hand car with compre insurance.
