Yes golden rule never ever rush when buying pre-loved. You might get a clicking time bomb in the end.

Again you might consider getting a brand new?

GE Jazz nalang if you want a 2011/2012 model. Wala pang 11th gen Altis na 600k lang. Yung FB Civic naman, panget (and mahal).

If you're single with that income, kayang kaya naman bumili ng kotse. I'd agree it's better to get secondhad than brand new especially if you'll sell the car in 4 years.

If ever meron kabahan ka malamang may problema yan.

you should ask the parking space operator, for how much he is renting it out.
in our area, it's 2K a month. walang bubong pa yan.

500/month is not safe I think. Better buy a 2nd hand car with compre insurance.

you should consider these things first before acquiring one.

    1. enough parking space/garage.

    2. knowledge about cars. kahit very limited. you should have passion for cars. if none, start doing your homework today.

    3. owning a car is not like carrying a bag that you can just show off the key. You are your car. your attitude will reflect your driving habits. so if you have a bad and short temper, work with your anger management first.
hindi sa kotse at pag dridrive nilalabas ang galit pag nasingitan ka.

    4. if you earn clean 60k a month, save 10k a month for your car. trust me. wala pa dun ung monthly fee mo sa oto mo. labas pa dun ung maintenance.

    5. read a lot. be prepared for every circumstances.

    ang gulong 3k-5k ang isa.
ang change oil every 10,000KM. fully synthetic ginagamit. basically every 5months palit. 3k-4k pesos ung oil. and ibang cost of materials needed.

    Carwash2-3 a week. wax1-2 a month, wipers, auto detailing.

gas, P42/L. 40 liters minimum ang oto. check the traffic situation. every week 1,800 pesos.
parking ticket P60-P200 depende sa lugar. everyday ang basis.

    - wala pa ung toll fee and others pag nag byabyahe.
    - modifications na gusto mo gawin sa oto mo. imposibleng wala. mods cost about 5k -100k depende sa ipapagawa.
    - insurance. yearly. 15-30k be prepared for the participation fee P4k minimum per accident. minimal or maximum damage
