1. enough parking space/garage.
2. knowledge about cars. kahit very limited. you should have passion for cars. if none, start doing your homework today.
3. owning a car is not like carrying a bag that you can just show off the key. You are your car. your attitude will reflect your driving habits. so if you have a bad and short temper, work with your anger management first.

4. if you earn clean 60k a month, save 10k a month for your car. trust me. wala pa dun ung monthly fee mo sa oto mo. labas pa dun ung maintenance.
5. read a lot. be prepared for every circumstances.

ang change oil every 10,000KM. fully synthetic ginagamit. basically every 5months palit. 3k-4k pesos ung oil. and ibang cost of materials needed.
Carwash2-3 a week. wax1-2 a month, wipers, auto detailing.
gas, P42/L. 40 liters minimum ang oto. check the traffic situation. every week 1,800 pesos.
parking ticket P60-P200 depende sa lugar. everyday ang basis.
- wala pa ung toll fee and others pag nag byabyahe.
- modifications na gusto mo gawin sa oto mo. imposibleng wala. mods cost about 5k -100k depende sa ipapagawa.
- insurance. yearly. 15-30kbe prepared for the participation fee P4k minimum per accident. minimal or maximum damage
