    Hi Sir,

Ang pagkakaalam ko is sa initial cash out mo may kasama siya na 1 month advance. Saka mo lang makukuha yung interest rate for OMA.

So mas malaki cash out mo sa simula pero mas mababa interest rate mo.

    HTH.

I'm interested in getting the new picanto 2012. Can anyone give me a good quotation at 30% dp and 4-5 years to pay. I'm eyeing a bank to partially finance it. Is bpi better than metrobank? Or would you know any bank which will offer the best deal on car loans? Thanks.

gud pm, im planning to buy Toyota Vios, 1.3E A/T amounting 720,000 Php, and im looking for a good quotation for 20% DP, and 3 yrs to pay. Before i was approved in PS Bank sa plano kong montero, but that was last year pa. Now, i dont know kung applicable pa rin yung approval ko sa PS Bank for Montero para naman dito sa Vios. Nakita ko yung rates ng PS Bank and its good, im hoping na magkaroon ako ng linaw regarding sa matter na ito. Thanks in advance.

Good day po, im a newbie here and planning to buy a 1.3E A/T Toyota Vios, and i inquired in toyota and here is the quote they gave me: Note, its under TFS

    Unit Price: 720,000
    Down * 20% - 144,000
    Insurance w/ AOG & TPL: 18,313
LTO Reg for 3 yrs: 7,200

Ok po ba itong deal nila sa akin, or dapat pa akong maghanap sa iba? Malaking tulong po kung makakapag bigay po ang mga experts dito ng advice sa akin, kasi i need to buy before the end of the month.
    Thanks and God bless!

Hello guys, I need advice, please.

I went to the TOYOTA Tent Event on August 23, 2011. I'm really interested in acquiring a brand new Innova through financing scheme. An agent assited me to have an on site approval from Toyota Financial Services (TFS). He said that my loan application was approved by TFS, then asked me to make a reservation of P10K which is properly receipted. The next day, someone from PSBank called me, making some inquiry (CI). Psbank also calle up my wife and my office also for CI.

If TFS had "on site" approved my car loan application, why, still psbank making those CIs? Was TFS really approved my car loan application? Is the CIs were just part of the process to complete the documentations? or the Psbank CIs will have bearing on the final approval of the car loan applicationa? Thanks and more power to you guys....

    Hello,

I'm a newbie here and I need your help. I'm currently looking for the best car loan option possible for an Isuzu Crosswind Xti or a Toyota Innova with payment terms of 20% down and payable in 36 months. The selling price of these are 945,000 (xti) and 1,068,000.00 (innova).

Can you please provide me with a quote on the above-mentioned cars and suggestions/options. Thanks

lowest bank interest rates as of now is sa Metrobank since may promo sila hanggang October. 15.21% yung sa kanila for 36 months.

    XTI

    SRP: 945,000
    20% dp: 189, 000 (SRP x 0.20)
Amount to be financed: 756,000 (SRP - 20% of SRP)
    Interest rate on 15.21% : 36 months : 114, 987.6 (amount to be financed x 0.1521)
Monthly Amortization on 36 months: 24, 194.1 ((amount to be financed + Interest rate on 15.21%)/36)

For the other computation just change the SRP and use the formula above.

    HTH.

I'm guessing that this is an in-house deal/computation...

mataas ata sir yung bigay sa yo insurance pa lang e, yung sa akin SRP is 975, 000, ang insurance ko is 24.5K payable in 3 months nga lang, usually sa 4 years na 600K+ dapat nasa 11K - 12K o baka mas mababa pa.

Try mo gamitin yung formula sa taas, palitan mo lang SRP, tapos check mo 4 years ng metrobank, tingin ko mas mababa monthly mo dun, o kung kaya mo magbayad ng 14K kaya siguro sa 3 years yan.

If thats from your SA then it is much higher. Why not go directly to the bank that can even give you a much lower or a good deal. As suggested by incisor check the metrobank computation.
