Got a bank loan.

The dealer is now asking for a DI or percentage cut from the bank, which will added to the % interest I will be paying. Is this normal? Seems to be a highjack, now that the dealer reveals it only now when I'm supposed to meet a deadline.

Honda jazz
Unit price 857,000.00
DP 20% 171,400.00
AF 80% 685,600.00
Term 60months
Rate 28.41% oma
Monthly 14,673.00
CMFee 15,332.00

Then, they have an on going free insurance and free gasoline promo.

Okay na po ba yan?

Or meron pa po mas okay na offer?

naginquire din ako sa metrobank, ang sabi sakin yung free insurance comprehensive but w/o AOG and TPL. not sure kung how much more to add for premium to upgrade to AOG and TPL.

But regarding your question standard quote ng Metrobank yan try mo mag send ng message kay wifi21 to get a better quote.

got a quotation from metrobank, same percentage 28.41% 60 months with 1 month advance, free CF but no AOG, with 5thou free gasoline coupon.still looking for a much lower deal.

Guys, need your help. Planning to acquire a Montero Sport 4x2 A/T, 3 years to pay

Maybank - 16.36%, 35% DP (OMA), 27++K MA
BDO - 17.16%, 40% DP (OMA), 27++K MA

The difference also is....the unit price quoted by BDO is lower than what Maybank quoted. Maybank used the published rate of the unit while BDO has a lower unit price due to discounts by around 20K.

Can you give me a good deal with BDO....since that is where our acct is. Thanks.
