November 16th, 2015 09:45 AM #546Info lang regarding sa Car Loans..
In-house financing
LOW DOWN SCHEME (all-in)
Dealership will deduct discounts on the DP thru their DI. Pero in reality, it was subdivided lang sa monthly amortization. Rates are usually 1-3% higher than the ALL IN PROMO
ALL IN PROMO (free cm, insu, lto)
Just plain 20, 30, 40% dp (less disc)'but given a high MA rate. Usually nasa 40% and up ang rate for 5'years.
Tip lang for asking more discounts..
Sales Executives (SEs) receives memo every month for the discounts that they could offer. Discounts would vary on the dealerships. There are 2 types of discounts na kaya ibigay si dealership. Promo discount na bigay ng planta, and dealership discount. Usually, ang binibigay lang is yung promo discount.
Bakit mas malaki discount nung iba?
Competition. Pero let your SE know yung offer ng iba, kaya nya tapatan yan. SEs job is to make a sale with less discount as possible, thats their responsibility. Kaya they will stick to the announced discount as much as they can. Only after, they will ask their SM or GSM for additional discount.
PO and Cash transactions on dealership, they are treated the same. Same lang din ang comm dyan. Mas mabilis pa nga ang comm pag cash eh. Mabagal kaya magbayad ng banko.

November 16th, 2015 10:02 AM #548May check list naman yan. Try to see the check list then double check.. para sa akin tignan mo ang auto kung may gas gas or yupi. Then check all electronics like ilaw and warning light. Sa engine, pakingan mo kung ok ba tunog, smoth ba. Then check the break, handbreak, gas... aircon din lumalamig ba at ok ba lahat ng dia.. pero lahat naman yan na check narin nila. I think nothing to worry. Basta brand new e ok na ok..

November 16th, 2015 10:46 AM #550Thanks Boss!
Salamaat uli.
