Just recalling my own exp, last time, my SA insisted to 'open' my application to other banks even though I already pre-arranged one for options. RCBC and EW called 3-4 weeks too late. PSBank was 1-2 weeks. I asked bakit sila mabagal, they just said they have a lot of backlog.

Kapag nag-apply ka talaga in-house, ino-open nila yan sa maraming banko, then unahan na lang kung sino mauna mag-approve. And kahit may approval na, tuloy pa rin ang CI ng ibang mga banks. Yung sa akin, 1 month na since inuwi ko yung unit, may tumatawag pa rin.

question lang about toyota financial acquired cars
way back 2011 pa kasi fully paid yung auto. yung owner bibigyan nalang ako ng authorization letter to pickup the orcr.
san ko ito pickup? sa toyota branch ba or sa metrobank?

May sagot ka na ba rito bro? If wala pa, sa banko mo i-claim ung OR/CR kasama ang clearance. Tapos punta ka sa LTO para ma release un encumbrance.

Kailangan mo di encumber release paper from bank, if wala ka nun, hahanapin ni lto. Kaso sa bank naman medyo matagalan if matagal na. Halungkat sa bodega ginawa.

But i have an active PSBank car loan - less than a year nalang po ako with PSBank then tapos napo ako with my existing car loan and im planning to get a 2nd car loan with them - ma approve pa kaya ako? i got promoted and my basic pay is times two na from my previous car loan with psbank. may chance po ba kaya?

Try to pay before getting a new car. Debt free is better.

If u have no plans to pay and still want a new car, u may try may chance, as long as ur not in bsp database of defaulters. Small debt, most likely ur not in the list.

Got an approval from psbank for mirage gls. But i have questions po.

1. What happens next after approval?
2. May additional payments pa po ba akong babayaran upon releasing of the unit kahit na inassure ako ng agent na all in na ung 48k dp na babayaran ko?
3. Ganu po katagal ung process of transfer ng approval? Kasi po nagustuhan ko ung foton pick up.

Napa transfer na namin ang approval sa foton pero nag aantay na lang po ng credit advice from ps bank. Question ko po is ganu kaya katagal un? Do u have any ideas po?

i am actually waiting for the court para dun ako mag settle sa debt ko. times 3 kasi ang interest na pinatong sa collection agency and mas better if sa court decision mangaling ang amount na bayaran ko since pwede installment and all i have to pay is yung actual utang ko. sa Collection Agency kasi - 3/4 na ang interest plus they want 1-3 months to pay lang. sa court pwede ako maka pay sa capability ko na monthly installment.

same here boss, got a call from eastwest yesterday around 10am - asked me questions then sabi niya wait for CI daw, then around 730pm got a text from them that they received my application and will be expecting a call within 24 hrs - but till now wala.

maybank - my hr got a call from them, kaso the rep from the bank was assuming the number she dialed was me, so hr informed the rep that she is calling hr and not me. (ininform ko na sila ahead, also asked for coe kasi)

until now - no news, been looking out for CIs outside my home since nightshift po ako. hehehe

from my experience, PS bank napakabilis mag approve. tumawag saken last week then the day after tumawag may pumunta na sa bahay for CI, and that same day na approve ako. pero ang tagal nila mag transfer nga approval from mitsubishi to foton. until hindi na daw ako eligible sa promo. sad life

We just recently purchased a Grand Starex and Casa asked us to provide a 5 checks for the Comprehensive Insurance for yearly renewal of the insurance. Ganun ba talaga while you are paying your 5 years terms sa kanila ka dapat kukuwa ng Comprehensive insurance as I remember for the following year ang amount for the renewal ng comprehensive insurance was 36K. Our approved bank was BDO. any inputs po. Salamat.

Depende sa contract. Kaya nga read the fine print. In our case hindi naman kailangan sa kanila pa rin kumuha ng insurance after the first year. Pero kailangan bigyan mo ng copy ang banko tuwing renewal.

they are very good at hiding the amounts somewhere in the contract.
you have to over the contract with a very fine tooth comb.
for example... mas mataas ang monthlies by a few bucks... did you ask about the getting-out-of-mortgage fee?... etc.
