*gumusut_amige salamat sa reply sir.
anyway, ano po ang chance na makapag car loan ulit habang may existing loan pa? 60% of the existing loan is already paid. mas madali bang ma-approve kasi may record na?

Hello, newbie here..
Quick question lang po. Would you know how much yung mga amount ng mga freebies na binibigay kapag in-house financing (example: tint, floor matting, visor, etc.)?
I'm just thinking since mas mababa ang interest rate sa bank compared sa in-house, is it practical to get a bank loan and just pay for these freebies in cash?
TIA!
also, the choice of freebies may look different, but the total cost remains the same.
you can sometimes change your choice of freebies into something you want, as long as the total cost remains the same to the dealer.
Try nyo psbank mga sir... Low rates po binibigay nmen pwede ko po kayo bigyan ng quotation, email me at bmflorencio*psbank.com.ph compare nyo muna bago nyo I grab ang in house financing
Hi, I'm also a newbie. Ano-ano po ba yung mga choices when it comes to getting a loan bukod sa bank? And ano po kaya yung pinakamakakatipid ako?
Ano-ano po ba yung mga choices when it comes to getting a loan bukod sa bank?
=>In-house financing
And ano po kaya yung pinakamakakatipid ako?
=> 40K and up monthly gross probably? try applying for a bank loan/ in house financing para malaman mo kung ma-deny/approva ka
I would say at most, 30% of your net income.
If you net 40k, you should be paying at most 12k in amortization.
However, could do that only if:
1. You pay a really large DP. Chances are, because you're asking about amortization, you can't pay large DP and probably are even looking at paying only the minimum (usually 20%).
2. You get a really cheap car and spread the loan over a long period of time (5-6 years).
I would suggest that until you can pay 50% DP then finish off the loan in 3 years or less, don't get a loan. You'll be spending too much on interest.
Ipon ipon nalang muna. Get a secondhand car if you need mobility, pay it in cash.

Up!
We applied for a 2014 Toyota Innova J Gas M/T Nung Sunday. sabi ni agent ipasa niya daw Monday (Kahapon 10/27/14) Inhouse namin ipapasok. Anyway, sabi niya rin na ipapasa niya ito sa iba't ibang bank and will take 3 to 5 business days bago malaman if approve or hindi. totoo ba yun? diba usually 1 or 2 days lang?
1. Bakit kailangan ipasa sa iba't ibang bank?
2. Does their comm. differ on which bank will approve the loan? Example: pag si UCPB nag approve mas malaki makuha nila as Dealer incentive? or pag si EWB mas malaki. ganun ba kalakaran nun?
3. May tumawag samin kanina (Monday ng hapon) for CI then tinext namin siya agad, she replied na "sabihan daw siya if may tumawag ulit". after siguro mga 2 to 3 mins. does that mean hindi kami na approve dun sa bank na tumawag? (Although right after lang namin ibaba yung phone e tinext namin siya agad)
Medyo ma annoy ka lang kasi tatawagan ka nyan (with almost the same questions) lahat. Some will do physical CI especially kung wala ka account sa kanila.
If you have a bank account or credit card with the bank you applied a loan to, surely you will get approved, depende na rin lang sa salary na naka declare sa form mo.
Just be wary of the terms of the banks. Usually your SA will give you a figure on DP (be it 15%, 20% or 50%) and the MA on the selected terms you want (24, 36 or 60 months), always stick with that figures, minsan kasi nag iiba iba yan.
Ah Cavite ka lang pala. Im also from cavite and sa Toyota Pasig din ako kumuha. No additional charges for me. Kung ano napagusapan namin na DP (in house ako at 15% DP 19K ang total cash out ko) yun lang binayaran ko. Also the MA is what was agreed upon sa mga usapan namin earlier ( got approved sa BPI).
Inform the bank about dyan sa gusto mo... Then they will tell you your options
mga sir, paanong icompute dealer incentive? 3% kasi hinihingi nila.
Greedy naman masyado ang dealer na yan. Normally, banks will shell out 1% for the dealer. On top of that, if the car sells like a hot cake, dealer will ask for additional DI. That additional DI will be for the account of the buyer because bank's max DI is only 1%. In the case of my TB LTZ, 0.5% DI on top of 1% DI given by China Bank.
