this is really bad news for people like myself that loves and/or has sentimental feelings about their cars with carb engines...or for people, like myself again, that has not enough money to buy newer model cars. i seriously think that this a ploy to completely eradicate carb engines on our roads. maybe due to environmental reasons or whatever...but is so unfair for us though.
i love my car..i love carb engines..so what then are we left here with...?

You can start hoarding regular gasoline into massive storage tanks that can hold thousands of liters so you will have your own personal supply of gasoline untainted with ethanol.
Or you can read this article:

September 4th, 2009 06:37 AM #104E10 ... what a dumb*$$ idea ...

i guess we'll be trying to modify my carb and timing to make it compatible for e10. hopefully there'll be little to no side-effects on the engine's performance, especially in the long run.
but so far i am feeling the e10-effect...power drop mainly, plus some power lag...tsktsk. and don't get me started with the consumption...hayayay!

Why not jump to Auto-LPG? Fuel is cheaper and venturi type conversion kit isn't that expensive.
