Puede mong gawang ng DIY folding tire bracket/holder for easy baggage loading if needed.

Yung Lancer and white.

    haaayyy..
Kawawa naman kameng taga-batangas, kahit na gustuhin man naming makatipid by having our rides converted to LPG-powered, di pa rin practical. Because as of now, I haven't seen any installer nor refilling station eh.

If luluwas pa naman kme for the installation, check.tune-up sa intaller, as well as for refilling, e di hindi rin nakatipid.

I'm really hoping that the installers (reputable yet cost-efficient) branch out here para naman ma-enjoy na rin naming mga batangueño ang full
    benefits of auto-gas (lpg).

If meron na po pla nito near my area (Lipa City) na alam nyo which I'm unaware of, kindly inform me.

    Maraming salamat!
    Drive safely, everyone!

Here's a sample of a Toyota Fortuner converted to auto-lpg:

The spare tire goes into the rear storage.

Just toying with the idea of converting an old '96 Toyota Corona 2.0 li EX Saloon? Would a SGI kit work on it?

It can be done although installing the SGI kit on the Corona's 3S engine will be difficult due to the tight spaces around the intake manifold.

Also, I am not sure if the 96 corona is equipped with oxygen sensors. If not, it will have to be retrofitted.

    Hmmm...

Just had an idea. Maybe any future auto-lpg installations can have their tanks modified to look like something else before it's installed?...

    example:
-the donut tanks can be air-brushed painted to look like a spare tire or a doughnut (edible type) or even a big yellow SMILEY.
-cylinder tanks can be air brushed to look like a wooden beer barrel and you could even glue a beer spout on it to complete the look.

not a bad idea. . .or a capsule drug design for cylindrical tanks. . .

i'm thinking of opting for the donut tank kaya lang one concern is hindi ba apektado ang height sa likod ng sasakyan?. . .i can imagine it has a higher effective weight owing to the longer lever arm as compared to the cylindrical tank which sits a lot closer to the location of the rear wheel. . .we are talking about close to 30 kg for a 55-liter donut tank (considering that lpg has a density half that of water) plus the weight of the steel tank

kung me epekto, what do you do to offset it?. . .tia

no "feel-able" effect on the suspension on our donut equipped cars.
