Tested the G4 GLS and Almera 1.2 MT last Dec.
G4 has more toys (reverse camera, etc)
Almera is bigger and (IMO) corners better!
I won't mention anything about performance... Almera was MT and GLS was CVT

The Mirage is one of those good appliance cars. It is worth its price, specially among small cars (smaller than subcompacts). It can get you from point A to point B with no fuzz. Just don't expect too much from it.
If you have more money to spend, go find a much better car overall.

Between the almera and g4.
The almera seems to be better built.
For every 3 almera in the us, 1 g4 (from what i saw).
Here, sales is inverse. The g4 has all the tech you need for a bargain price. What it doesnt tell is how it rides.
Best for ts to test drive both if that is his only option.
