    NEED HELP

My fiance is looking to buy her first car soon with the ff. main priorities:
    1. Automatic transmission (not an option)
    2. Comfort - good A/C, easy driving experience (daily driving from Makati and QC during rush hour)
    3. Durability (will panic if car breaks down - 2nd hand not currently an option)
    4. Price (around 800K)
    5. Size (compact sedan - she's only 4'11")

Performance is not a concern as she'll probably be driving very slow.

She's currently thinking about the following:
    Honda City 1.5E - 868K (pricier side)
Kia Rio 1.4SL - 807K (parts availability concern)
    Mitsubishi Mirage G4 GLX - 717K
    Nissan Almera 1.5E - 824K
    Suzuki Ciaz 1.4GL - 845K
Suzuki Dzire GL+ - 698K (good price but still with a stick)
    Toyota Vios 1.3E - 841K

P.S. I did not include Fiesta and Accent due to reliability issues.

Any advice and/or past experiences with the above choices?

    THANK YOU!!!

Most of the choices are priced above 800k so it's better the best one among the choices. Go with the City.

By the way, your choices are subcompact sedans. Compacts are a higher category (Civic, Altis, Mazda3).

Vios is new... Car will be good for another 5 years before a new model replaces it.
    Mirage is cheap
    Voting for the City

You forgot to include Mazda2, it should easily be one of the top 3 choices.

Edited. It's more than 900k pala sorry. But still, if you're getting a car loan, monthly payments would only be a thousand pesos more.
My pick would be Mazda 2, then Honda City then Toyota Vios.

Make sure to check the vios first. I have a feeling that the facelifted version design wont age well

"P.S. I did not include Fiesta and Accent due to reliability issues."

all i can say is that don't generalize too much. a better statement would be "P.S. I did not include Fiesta and Accent because some of it has reliability issues." but every car has an issue, even toyota itself.

4 years and 56k with Fiesta, it is still a fun car to drive. I use it around 3 days a week. Except for it cramped rear seats, I have no issues with it.

If you want a quick, fun to drive, and very responsive daily driver, then the Fiesta 1.0L Ecoboost is one good proposition. Quick tip, don't drive it like a lame old person, drive it like you stole it. The DCT does not respond well to being driven just within 2k rpm.
