MS talaga e.
98 cefiro 2.0 w 4pax vs 09 ms not the 3.2 w 6 pax
majayjay laguna via san pablo, iwan sa mga paahon.
I know cefiro is a car and the ms has 2 extra pax but for its age and price, you'd expect mooore. This happened around mid last year..
Vios napaka-over ng mga may-ari kung purihin. Eh walang kabuhay-buhay itsura. Samahan mo ng good morning towel match na match sa vios.
Kung single dapat yaris na lang para may buhay naman.
bmw x3 - x5
according to topgear uk- it cant even barely go 4x4 and it's design suck and a complete waste of money if you want speed just buy the bmw full size sedans it's already spacious enough a jimny is a more capable suv, better buy a land rover or a land cruiser
montero-fort-tb- their not over rated BUT their owners are
in my opinion all hyundai cars are over rated here in Philippine set up cause hari sucks as a franchiser and not because of the cars
BMW doesn't call the X3 or X5 SUVs, and they've never been marketed as off-roaders.
Which one, the new one? The new one is prettier than any Yaris out there.
And then you get to thigh deep floodwater and which one is getting through without stalling? Not a valid comparison. I could say our Lynx is faster than our Crosswind, but there's no way in hell a Crosswind buyer is going to be looking at a Lynx.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
the x3 and x5 was never built for off road use, it was built for city and hiway use. plus i doubt anyone who buys suv's that expensvie takes their cars off road. anyway never rely on magazines or shows if you're looking for a car since most of the time they're biased to other cars. just like top gear uk biased sila sa mga british cars, range rover isn't as reliable as x5's we both used to have rr sport and x5m the rr sport always had problems with only 2 years of owning while the x5m 3 years of owning and brought to the track a couple of times never had any problems.
Sir Ry, the best sa kanila daw ay ang Range Rover SUV, the world over hehe.... Tutol naman ng husto mga Scottish, Kiwis at Aussies na kasama ko describing it as highly unreliable and good only for posing to show to others or impress upon them daw how important of a person you are hehe....
It all boils down to reliability. Kung kaya umabot ng ms or santa fe ng 10 yrs w/o major problems, then they're not overrated for me. I think the ms is the cheapest in its class so it can be forgiven for not being as refined as others.
It depends on how you look at the Monterosport chief Aargh, especially when speaking of plus PhP1.2 M and up for a model 1996 engine platform, 4D56, SUV.
If one is after an SUV that has responsive low-end rpm power and does not have any lag, then the Montysport is not the ideal SUV. What we see in the paper spec as 174 hp with 350 Nm is not felt at all. If you press the accelerator pedal abruptly to get to the ideal rpm (or sweet spot) it billows out smoke. In this aspect it is overrated if one is looking at it this way.
If you're for an SUV, on the other hand, that has good mid-range to top end pull, then the Montysport is one of the pick among the less than PhP2.0 M choices - the VGT ones. The non-VGT mid-to-top end pull is just ok but not to rave about. In terms of rating here, it's not overrated.
If you're looking for truly offroad use SUV (not just passing by backroads), then those coil springs on the Montysport are not the ideal ones.
Whilst the Monterosport is not overrated and it's relatively cheaper, arguably with the exemption of its 4x4 GTV, there are a lot better SUVs out there just for a tad bit more. The Fortuner 3.0 D-4D 4x4 is better overall and the cost of ownership is slightly a bit more than the GTV 4x4. But the servicing or maintenance cost is cheaper with the Toyota from the start and throughout its lifetime. The Chevrolet Trailblazer 2.8 Duramax is also better overall performance, but not its looks hehe....

^^most SUVs come with coil-springs nowadays. get a land rover defender or a toyota LC70, if you want to increase your manly-man points.
OT: I'd rather get a diesel powered innova over a fortuner, an MS or a Trailblazer.
Only the Alterra and the Everest have leaf-springs.
The Alterra is too long and low for off-roading. The Everest is great off-road, but currently, 4x2 nalang ang stock. While it does have a standard LSD, there's no low-range and the rear anti-roll bar limits wheel travel, meaning you can get a wheel stuck in the air when you run out of articulation. The water-fording abilities are good, though... don't recall what the specs are, but I'd wager it's not much less than the current Ranger.
Of the Fort/MS/TB... I'd put my money on the Fort, but the Trailblazer has more ride height and apparently better approach and descent angles than the Fort. It's got more low-down punch than the D4D, and it doesn't have the uneven power delivery of the Mitsu.

Hindi rin mga sirs. May mga mayayaman who can afford to buy anything but who think any car beyond 1 million is expensive and over price na. Case in point my former boss who drives an entry level altis. He says he doesn't need to validate himself with expensive cars when his purpose lang naman is to get from point a to point b. Pero may yate. Hehe. Anyway if you don't find the sta fe overrated, good for you. Let's just agree to disagree.
