P10 peso per liter means alot for a daily use vehicle. Depends na sir if you will opt to get a matic over tge manual or vice versa. In my case i opted to get the a matic para hindi ako harass paguwi, i still have lots of energy to stuffs
P10 peso per liter means alot for a daily use vehicle if you decides to go for a diesel powered truck. Depends na sir if you will opt to get a matic over tge manual or vice versa. In my case i opted to get the a matic for my own convinience though i know it will be a gas guzzler compared to its counterpart.
As long as you religiously follow the recommended COI for auto tranny fluid and use it wisely, it will not be difficult to sell. Keep a record of all your expenses/PMS. Itabi mo para when the time comes to sell your vehicle, you will have proof that you have taken good care of it.![]()
Fasten your seatbelt! Or else...Driven To Thrill!
Definitely sir, most of my relatives and friends drives a matic pickup truck. IHMO, if im gonna choose between and matic and manual for my own personal use, i will always for the matic. Metro's stop and go traffic is the biggest allies of matic vehicles specislly now thwt its christmas season again and trsffic strats to built up anew, it would be fine to drive a matic nowadays
Kung laging harabas eh di manual pero kung hindi naman matic na for more convenience. Just take advantage of the manual shift override for better gas mileage. Parehong 5 speed din naman eh.
ok, then automatic it is.
how often is the strada GLX-V maintenance check? every 6months? para naman hindi ako magulat. hehehe!
Every 5k po yun PMS sir. 20k, 40k, 60k, 80k so on.....
Kapag top-up, mura lang. Siguro around 4k petot lang. 25k, 45k, 65k, 85k and so on.
Sayang din yung sobra pang-top up. :D
ah, so every 5,000km pala? no timeframe like 5,000km or 6months, whichever comes first? ganun kasi sa honda.
clarification lang.... for a regular 5,000km maintenance check... its around P10k, right? so kung 20,000km or 40,000km check.... aabot kaya ng how much ang average cost?
sir, share ko lang yung link of the strada pms i've been reading. kakabili ko lang din kasi ng strada
http://tsikot.com/forums/strada-club...ived%5D-49366/
after a few pages you will have an idea sa cost.
As far as I can remember, hindi pa pinapalit ang air filter namin (the big, red, cylindrical, lined thing). Palinis lang everytime na nagpamaintenance. Ayun, parang brand new na ulit ang takbo!

Just a suggestion sir ---- Don't forget to check the Hyundai Tucson eVGT diesel CRDi. It cost about PhP200,000 more than the gasoline-variant but you would understand why.
For a brief info it comes with a potent engine for just a 2.0-litre diesel CRDi engine producing 177 metric-hp with 392 Nm of peak torque. Yes, it's lighter than both the 2.5-litre Hilux (102 metric-hp, 260 Nm torque) and the 2.5-litre Strada GLX-V (178 metric-hp, 350 Nm torque) so expect higher power to weight ratio from the lighter Tucson.
To further impress upon you what the numbers mean in comparo with another diesel, if you have heard about the vaunted all-new 2.0-litre Volkswagen Amarok diesel pickup that is equipped with twin-turbo, the Amarok just pumps out 163 hp and produces slightly higher torque that is 400 Nm.
Not only the added oomph, but you can also expect one of the highest safety standards put into the car (Tucson) where Hyundai, in general, has always been well known-for to excel....
Try checking it out, if you can at least swing-in a li'l just bit more, so much the better you get the Tucson eVGT ;)
Goodluck sir!
