For example sir, same driving route and same type of driving.

and early shift in high-gear (MT)

    during cruise speed in highway?!

Update ko lang po guys, according to the MID, the highest City FC I got was 8.8 Km/L.

Thank you sir dito sa magandang explanation. Now I know. Every car, whatever type it is, had its advantages and disadvantages. Thanks ulit sir.

Wow nice FC.

I hope may makapag-share ng experience nila with Everest, Alterra, kahit Trooper (useful for 2nd hand buyers).

Thanks to all who have shared so far.

Car: 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe 4X2 AT
City FC: 8 to 10 KM/L, Active Eco turned off (Shell V-Power Nitro Diesel)
Highway FC: 13 to 16 KM/L, Active Eco turned off (Shell V-Power Nitro Diesel)
PMS: Only at 3K KMs at the moment but for 1K KMs, PMS was 6,758.97 PHP in casa

    Assessment:
    • Accelerates fast and with minimal effort
    • Extremely low NVH up to 160 KPH; anything over that produces a slight humming sound
    • Fun to drive especially on twisty roads
    • Excellent FC even if Active Eco is turned off
    • Decent exterior
    • Soft-touch materials in interior
    • Cornering lamps are helpful especially in unlit provincial roads
    • Dramatic lighting effect of DRL "eyebrows"
    • Adjustable steering softness; "Comfort" for heavy traffic or while parking, "Normal" for everyday use, "Sport" for expressways
    • Lots of available storage, deep center console

    Key Issues/Concerns:
    • All seats are manually adjustable except the two-way lumbar support for driver
    • Faux honeycomb material around front fog lamps and rear reflectors look cheap
    • 3rd row not suitable for 5'9"-and-up passengers
    • Relatively expensive; at this price range, one would expect back-up camera, headlight washers and better HU
