August 2nd, 2016 12:54 AM #21m is an abitrary number. you're just quoting it because of convenience. this convenience may put you at a disadvantage. so right off the bat i suggest you have a more flexible mindset based on proper evaluation of yours needs/wants versus your cash flow
that being said, go for the lowest priced "good" car that'll satisfy your requirements. you really don't need that more expensive car. invest the money instead
this is only valid if you have limited money. if you're loaded then my all means spend just a bit more get the new civicor other more expensive cars

Personally, I'd get the Hyundai Accent Sedan 1.6 CRDi GL AT. Diesel na so super tipid nyan. ang lakas pa ng hatak.
136 HP and 260 Nm of torque. wooh!

The Wigo is 1.0 pala. How does it feel like running at 100 kph with one passenger?
BTT: I think the TS should give more parameters. Just saying any vehicle below 1 million is way too broad.
1. Brand new or second hand?
2. Subcompact, compact, AUV, pick up?
3. Priority? Comfort, price, style or fuel economy
4. Brand preference
etc etc
