so they reached high sales coz many bought MT GLX Montero. kung ganun tama nga those AUV owners of the past; ADventure, Crosswind bought the new Montero.

if they gonna release a GLX AT Montero. what would be the difference with the GLS AT Montero STandard.

but like I said, if Mitsu starts its magic of cuthroating the competition as they did before with the non-VGT montero. sigurado mag number 1 sila sa PPV race ulet.

GLX AT will probably have the same toys with GLX MT. Manual park brake, no gps, no back sensor, no rear fog lamps, no paddle shift, no cruise control etc.. and I bet it will come with 6AT.

It may help their sales but it will be close being at the top again. Forts hitting I think 2.5k a month. Last year they hit 3k units as far as I know

Mitsubishi GPS is crap. No issue with manual hand brake. Paddle shifter is a toy. Cruise control is convenience. 6AT is perfectly fine. rear fogs is nuisance to other motorists.

its looks becoming dated I guess. the new facelift won't help either. the only way Isuzu can still take advantage of this is the 200K discounts para mag previous-gen Montero non-VGT level ang pricing. that will beat even the Innova. They're gonna launch the discounts siguro by summer coz everybody knows summer mahina ang sales ng lahat coz of no students, tuitions as well as travel time. Isuzu however should take advantage of the summer road trips that the Filipino people will engage, tamang-tama affordable SUV nila to go to Bicol, Ilocos, Quezon etc. These places have drive-in tent cities I believe. People will buy the MUX then head for Outdoor Greenhills club to buy things like this: very educational for the kids, very outdoors enjoy our countryside kinda thingy

    eto pala

    Compare Isuzu mu-X 2.5 LS-A 4x2 AT vs Mitsubishi Montero Sport GLS 2.4 4x2 AT | AutoDeal

Comparing the two, Mux still looks like the better deal for me. I think being "sosy" doesn't justify the huge price diff. [emoji14]

balewala naman yan sa kuripot na JUan. look at non-VGT montero before, everybody bought it and it contributed to the almost 400K units sold in the Philippines of old Montero

now that they have the reports na lumakas ang sales ngaun March because of their cheap GLX MT. then the GLX AT will be next. bagsakan na hehe. buti na lang di pa ako bumili ng GLS Premium. wait and see muna if this GLX AT is in the works.

kasi tignan nyo ang Isuzu MUX MT offer is 1.278M tapos ang SRP ng GLX MT is 1.280M. baket mas lumakas ang Montero considering mas mahal sya. because ladies and gents, hindi napapagusapan dito sa tsikot ang MT models coz we are all AT lovers.

those MT Montero sales can be from the provinces wherein the 1.280M srp is discounted pa. i wonder how much less 50K less 100K pag less 100K eh di 1.180M na lang yan. the cheapest Hot PPV in the market. Boom Montero beats the Fortuner in PPV sales this March. sneaky sneaky si Mitsu.

anyways, if that is the emerging trend then Isuzu and Mitsu should railroad the release of the new Crosswind and Adventure to match the Innova market. panahon na para i-push back yan mga mazda, subaru, honda, suzuki na yan na benta ng benta ng gasoline suvs eh hindi na nga eh! ayaw na ng Pilipino. gusto diesel. hello gumising na kayo.

btw, Hyundai hello. your accent is fighting the vios in terms of sales coz it's a diesel. that's a good sign na.

baka naman pwede, mag-brainstorm kayo at pag-aralan kung pano maging affordable and Tucson and Sta FE CRdi, sayang yun opportunity oh. you've got two cars that can fight the PPVS kasi syempre sarap pa din crossover body na diesel

sayang na sayang momentum ng Hyundai dito, naging expert ng Common rail diesel, pioneer pa nga tapos nakulelat. pero at least you wont suffer the same fate as the other japs.

now if Honda is keen on joining this race, better exhaust all options with the Diesel CRV. if it's priced like the Mazda CX5 Skyactiv diesel, wag na kayo magsayang ng ad space sa diyaryo at sayang din pera.

About honda bringing the diesel eh para sa akin wag......

the diesel curse will probably be a bother, if one's owner makes a habit of sitting outside beside it, reading the sunday papers, while the engine is idling.
but yes, current diesels still have pollution (noise, air) issues as compared to gasoline engines.
    heh heh.
