Admit it, you only want a car for the driving pleasure it gives. But try to picture your driving environment as well. Can you drive as fast as you want? Are the roads good enough for you to feel the car's true comfort? I'm sure the answers to these are negative. Worse, you can't even bring your car everyday.
For me, a great car in crappy surroundings is good as nothing.
As for the condo, it's something you can go home to after a long day. If you think wisely, a nice unit is the best material thing you can have. It's yours to keep after getting the title, and no one can practically steal it from you unlike a car and other expensive things.

bili kang bahay kung cash ang ipambibili mo. otherwise, mabigat ito kung loan, dahil long term ang payments, and at the same time, while doing the amortizations, may mga expenses ka (like real estate taxes, maintenance expenses, etc...)
imho.
