The engine problems I've heard of are the aforementioned old Carnivals, and some of the gasoline engines in the previous Hyundai Coupe. While the new Coupe isn't rated very well in terms of reliability, the engine seems sturdier now.

Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
tatra > yup, near proj.
sir tatra,
yan ang maganda sa tsikot.
marami kang matutunan dito
at nadi-dispel ang mga myths
at mga sabi-sabi lang.
however, may mga taong
mahilig pa rin makinig sa
mga sabi-sabi at pinagpipilitan
ang sariling gusto sa iba.
kaya tuloy naba-ban.
hehehe.
Yes I am happy that I am learning here & ang daming nagrereply w/ different opinions. Maganda nga yon kasi your knowledge widens. So far I haven't heard any bad comments about Tsikot.com. What I know is maraming members dito & daming threads grabe!!!
Pardon me but I would like to correct you..hindi ako SIR...girl ako as in Babae poTY

Alwayz_yummy:
Iam not a graduate of Llamas H/S pero taga Road 7 ako...dentist ako.
Anyway, ang uncle ko is thinking of replacing his " lok-bu-lok"na CD-5. Suzuki Alto standard ang recommended ko for him & it's the cheapest in the market today.
Nga pala what's your gender?
Sige tambay-tambay lang ako dito...I like this forum!![]()
He wants to try the Suzuki Alto for a change naman.
Okay hope magkita rin tayo one of these days..talagang small world anu![]()
I will post the before and after pagnagawa na.![]()
mon > hehe post mo ha...anu stock tire size-->r13 na... or r14 na...
tatra > di malabo magkita tayo...dito dito lang me always nagiikot-->4sisters(rd.8), cherry, simbahan(OLMC) sa tabi tabi lang ako :D
naku ma'am/doktora tatra,
sorry po.![]()
pics na agad sir mon!
ilang inch na rims ang
pinakabit mo?
The stock tire size of the Alto (both standard and Deluxe) is R13 145 70. Its slim and small, but I think this is okay if you are buying the standard model because it is not power steering. Lui and I will look around. I have not decide on what tire size I will install, It depends on what magwheels are available. Sige, I will post the pictures when the Alto has been delivered and upgraded.
Parang masarap din magdrive ng maliit if you are going to tigh places. I was in Hidalgo last wednesday to buy some photography items and I had a hard time parking my fortuner.
Wow Monmendoza, congrats for having a new Alto. Malaki din ang advantages if you have a small car. Saves you time when parking lalo kung maliit lang ang space available. Tapos you exert less effort for manuvering at tight corners like along alleys ( hehehe )...i should know daming alleys dito sa Project 6. Sige you post your new Alto here & maybe I could give my Tito some tips when he finally buys one for himself.

I got mine from Suzuki Caloocan through Lui. He is a member of this forum. PM him so that he can assist you. He is okay and very helpful. I got it cash, 359K + 11K insurance + 7K 3 year registration. Sayang pa kasi iyong chattel mortgage which this car would go to about 10K more. pero alam ko pag financing you can go as low as 10% down right now so basically P36K. Safe na siguro if you allot 50K for your downpayment. Most Bank Financing offers more or less the same rate, . Since wala pa silang binibigay na discount, might as well ask quotations from all the suzuki dealers. Tell them how much downpayment you want to pay and how many years you want to pay the balance. Typical multiplying factor for 1 year to pay is 1.08. for 2 years it is 1.189 it goes progressively higher as you pay longer. I think you can choose up to 6 years to pay. BTW if you are monitoring the Cherry Tread (Iseway motors) in Cars forum, This July1 they will release the Chery QQ which according to the grapevine will be price approximately 250K (no confirmation on the price, tsismis lang ito). If you are not in a hurry, it might be better to wait for the release of the QQ. The QQ looks more modern than the Alto but has no track record yet because it is made in China. Initial feedback is that quality is not so good but it looks attractive. Personally, I decided not to wait for it because, I feel that the Alto will have lesser headaches than the QQ plus dealership support is more widespread. I don't want to go to Makati just to have a budget car serviced.
Judging from the performance of motorcycles made in china, They look good, perform well but they breakdown more often than the equivalent hondas. "Madaling Masira" is the most common comments of those who buy China made motorcycles. Of course, they usually add the fact also that spare parts are available and quite cheap.
