I think maintenance gets expensive due to the add ons / optionals.

Due diligence na ng owner to know which is which unless there is enough money to splurge.

Cheaper ang maintenance sa Honda, only 2X a year.

The City owns the others in terms of overall value. However, if you need to carry more than 5 people, then the Ertiga is the only one who can accommodate more than 5 people.

Yun din naisip ko with the Ertiga... You'll never know when you need the space, although di naman araw araw kailangan...

Almera - I hate how the car is insulated...

As of now, still leaning towards the City... (not unless Toyota gives a better discount)

I suggest you give the City and Vios a test drive. I assume that with the Vios' lower power output, it will be less sporty to drive than the City.

Get the car that feels best in your hands.

By the way, Honda just had recent promos. Ask your nearby Honda dealer if the promo can be extended.

Actually, around end of Nov pa ako makaka pasyal... Planning to go to 2 Honda dealerships and 1 Toyota... (Q. Ave and BGC?)

Wife and daughter loves the City.
I was just adding options, just incase.

Reverse sensor and camera + dash cam is also required... so hopefully I can negotiate with the dealership.

the city used to be based on the jazz platform i.e. fuel tank under the front seats. so w/ the ULT seats it's an extremely versatile sedan. but not anymore

if you can't fold down the rear seats on a sedan you lose a ton of versatility. AFAIK all variants of vios have fixed rear seats

i like the fold-down rear seats of the sedans, for the versatility it offers.
but if you ask me when was the last time i had to fold it down to accomodate something...
    i can't remember!
    i don't think i ever had to.
