The new safety features is a welcome thing but overall, the pricing of the new Vios is a bit much. The Vios 1.5L models are priced above 900k and are near Altis pricing already.
Of what use is Sport mode if you have a small 1.3L NA engine with not even a 100hp on it? Even worse when you have to pull more than a 1000kg of weight. The power output of the 1.5L engine is not even spectacular (106hp).

The 1.3E CVT is gonna be the volume seller here. So pricing is not an issue, the 1.5L Vios was never popular anyway.
Priced between sa City E and VX, I think eto pa din kukunin ng karamihan.
And mas madami mag iisip ng ay sa 1.3L na lang ako para mas matipid vs the City's 1.5L although same lang sila ng fc in reality.
