For durability, economy & resale value , would go for Fortuner. Its a Toyota!
I feel like driving a tank in a Fortuner , high elevated view but hard to manuever in a tight parking lot due to limited visiblity!

Of the three I'd go for the Fortuner...simply because my basic requirement right now is a 7-seater. If not for that the Outtie is a very close second. My personal opinion below

Fortuner:
PROS : Build quality, parts availability, good resale, high ground clearance and ruggedly handsome
CONS : Obviously medyo matagtag compared to the 3 ( what the heck? its a truck)

Outtie: (Haven't test driven this yet)
PROS : Rally performance, Paddle shifter, nice exterior, great handling
CONS : Cheap looking plastic interior

CRV:
PROS : the least expensive, better FC, decent handling and ride
CONS : Odd looking front, plastic side trims don't look that well

So whatever floats your boat!!!...go for that! Stick with what we need and not only what we think LOOKS better (too subjective)

Out of the 3 FORT for me coz of my practical need. Enjoy tsikoteers

In fairness to some but not necessarily Old BLue(no offense pare) I started the thread and ended up buying the santa fe although its not originally part of my choice. Sorry if the thread was thrown off topic.

Rej28 is right. Go for whichever floats your boat, incidentally mine is the SF.

mitsubishi is the best if you ask me, you can never go wrong with it. maintenancewise, looks, comfort almost in everything. from trucks to cars it is the best. if you were buying a pick up then i say go for the L200, that's the favorite and has always been number 1 in the UK.
