Rush, 8.2 Km/Liter pinaka mababa ko. About 14++ Km/Liter sa TPLEX. Where do you guys getting the 6 Km/L? I can't comment on Mu-X because I haven't driven one.

Pero I have the impression na work-horse ang mga Diesel.

    Current options:
    Toyota Rush 1.5 E A/T at 1M
    Isuzu MU-X LS A/T at 1.3M

    Car usage would be:
20,000 to 30,000 KM Per Year.
Will keep the car for at least 10 years, estimate up to 15 years.
Will not be selling the car afterwards, ipapadala nalang sa province.

Factors to consider sa cost of ownership:
    Vehicle Price
    Maintenance Cost
    Expected Repairs
    Insurance
    Registration
    Fuel Consumption

Please help me decide. Thanks in advance guys!
Ako nagasta ko pa lang sa Mux bluepower 2017 ko in terms of maint eh P16k sa casa (3 PMSES na yun, 1k, 5k, 10k) , tapos parang 10k pa dun libre meron ako Isuzu Coupon eh as freebies

Then fuel average of 1.5-2k per month lang ako pero do take note I only go around Ortigas, BGC makati, and i have 2 other alternate diesel cars to go around every week

Sa insurance pala ako gumasta ng malaki, naka almost 60k na ko for 2 years

Ang ok kasi sa isuzu walang keme, na kesyo kelangan ng FS oil daw , they recommend regular diesel oil or semi synth lang

And I dont gas to any of the big 3, Shell, caltex, Petron. They clean their fuels so much na sobrang pino na diesel lakas tuloy maubos

Not really lead pero yun old school diesel sigruo boss, ptt, seaoil, total mas mura pa

    ——

Ang Major down lang sa Isuzu MuX is yun magpapa service ka na, minsan katabi mo Isuzu elf or other big Isuzu trucks na may mga sharp edge, kakatakot kasi pwede talaga magasgasan ang MUx mo pag nagkamali sa maneobra tapos super sikip pa sa casa

Minsan nga nakikita ko ibang MUX ng ibang owners naka park tapos sa taascnya Isuzu elf, gumagamit kasi isuzu service nun motorized lift parking to save space

And also, dont expect too much sa service lounge.

Diba tulad sa Honda and Hyundai when I used to PmS their may mga caffe latte, capucchino dispenser pa sila sosy

Would be diesel aspiring owners. Lanat yan standard leather seats interior hihi

No brainer, mux has the highest ground clearance and lowest cost of ownership.

I'll take the Rush over the base mu-X just for the extra 5 airbags and standard stability control. Personally I find the mu-X's dimensions quite tricky to drive especially in our provincial roads.

Casa PMS price is around 5-7K every 5K KM for the older 2.5, though they claim the new RZ4E is cheaper to maintain and requires less consumable parts.

    I am for Innova.

pero dahil MU-X at RUSH pinagpipilian, i might go for the MU-X. Sa 30k per year mileage average, kayang kaya niya.

Nakakahilo? Sobrang taas siguro ang tire pressure? For as long as you feel at home with the car, araw araw mo pa naman gagamitin. Though for something that racks up highway mileage a lot, I would have preferred something with a bit more power. [emoji28]

mataas talaga wigo tire pressure. the owner's manual recommends 36 psi.
mas madalas rin masira gulong ko.
i do not know if this is because of the brand (champiro), the 36 psi, or the driver's aggressive (teener! heh heh) driving habits.

^apply trigonometry by measuring the actual ground clearance of the front bumper (opposite) and the distance from the front tire to the frontal edge of the bumper (adjacent)..that will be the tangent of angle theta (opposite over adjacent)
