I'll give you an example na nag-intervene government at maganda kinalabasan at nabawasan collateral damage.

Remember before mga supermarket libre pa plastic bags......Eh sa araw-araw na trabaho ng mmda and basurero eh most trash are plastic that clogs the drainage, canals....

So nung nagtake effect dami reklamo dito sa tsikot...kesyo hassle daw..... Nagets ko naman kasi mahirap magbuhat paper bag at madali punit.... Pero nagawan ng paraan = most supermarket uses box/carton at libre.... Yan yung mga box ng supplier. So problem solved.

And majority now nagdadala reusable canvass bag. Hindi nyo na rin basta basta tinatapon plastic kasi nanghinayang na din kayo 2 pesos each eh.

So nung nalessen plastic eh nalessen din baha.

Balik tayo sa diesel...... Ang collateral damage eh mas malupit..... Its our health..... If the population are healthy eh baba na budget ng department of health..... So yung natipid eh magagamit sa education....agriculture....

I have no reklamo with korean diesels kasi european inspired..... Hindi tunog lata ang hyundai at kia though questionable sturdiness at HORROR CASA STORIES sa hyundai philippines.....

diesel is not easy to set aflame.
i gather,
if it can happen to a diesel car, it can happen more commonly, to a gasoline car.
but there are many factors to consider...
