Uhhm boss, when connecting a 4 channel amp to a pair of front speakers, make sure to connect the speakers wires to channels 1 & 2 of the 4 channels amp. This is because in general the front signals of a 4 channel amp is located on channels 1 & 2, while the rear signal is on channels 3 & 4. Para lang po tama ang install ninyo.
Ang tanong ngayon is where did you set the filters of the amplifier on channels 1&2 and 3&4?

Sir jhnkvn, I know familiar ka sa mga JBL. I was able to download 2types of GTO609 pdf spec sheets. When I was reading both spec sheet and compare it to the pdf owner’s manual may pinagkaiba pala (RMS and frequency). I want to ask which is which. Maybe new and old model, but how would a newbie know which is the old and the newer model?
Here is the screenshot:

mga paps...patulong...i have HSK 163 (3-way), amp would be LRx 5.1k and I'm planning to have it semi-active. But not the usual 3-way semi-active wherein TW+ Midrange for amp A-channel in A-pillar, and Midbass for amp B-channel. Question is:
would it be advisable na ang TW for A-channel, and midrange + midbass for B-channel? Midbass would be in stock location(door molding), and midrange would be in kick panel, while the tweeters would be in a-pillar?..
doing so will make the soundstage larger and for additional depth? and to avoid that "in your face" sound?...
what would i be facing in this kind of setup?
TIA

if I'm not mistaken, there is enough space below the rear seat of the Jazz. You can fit a custom sub there. Jonz of Simple Sound creates one. This is better than any over-the-counter sub you can buy from stores.

September 20th, 2014 10:25 AM #1250Hi what's the usual service fee for taking out the 4 stock speakers and installing new ones? One is asking 500 per speaker. Do you know of any shop in Pasig Ortigas area that does this competently (correct and clean installation)? Thanks for your reply.
Is it true na may recall ang yaris cross hev recently regarding sunroof issue? Lol.
