For loud and clear, it's more of a matter on how far are you willing to spend.
For those with a smaller budget, I simply suggest your typical car audio speakers and just get more of them. The analogy of this is simple: one speaker is loud, two speakers will be louder.
I do not recommend you spend more than 10k for your typical speaker set in a loud and clear setup. It's better to simply get cheaper ones (if you're going for Dominations, go for the 5,000php Buddy speakers) and just get more of them. This is because getting "better" ones aren't efficient in tackling your problem -- you're limited by speaker design and mechanical engineering rather than inferior materials.
Now, for those with more Php1000 bills in their wallets, your route to go is to use pro-audio drivers. These are the speaker drivers behind your everyday P.A. systems and concert speakers. These are different from your typical speaker sets is because they're optimized to go very loud on the downside of limited audio bandwidth.. This is why those who use these usually go 3-way (a dedicated tweeter, midrange, midbass) and a subwoofer for the sub-bass. Examples of brands such as these is Spain's Beyma.
